I booked a Suite Sea View room on Trip.com, and the description clearly stated that these rooms are located between the 16th and 20th floors. However, when I checked in, I was given a room on the 5th floor. I was very disappointed. The staff told me that no rooms were available on the higher floors at that moment.
I do not understand the logic. If the website specifies that the Suite Sea View rooms are located on floors 16–20, then guests should receive rooms within that range. Otherwise, the description is misleading.
Another unpleasant experience happened during breakfast. There was a line to get fried eggs, and I waited patiently for my turn. However, when it was my turn, the man behind me received his eggs first because he was talking to the staff member. Before that, they were speaking in their local language (Vietnamese, I assume). It felt like I was being ignored, and it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The staff member hesitantly gave me my eggs only after I reacted.
Overall, this experience was disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its room allocation transparency and ensures fair treatment for all guests.

Great views, and the beach is right across the street. The breakfast spread was also excellent.

Good day.
Pros: It's far from the city center (quiet) with fewer crowds. The breakfasts are decent (tasty pastries, though not daily). The view from the window is more or less okay (you can see the sea). That's it!

Overall, the hotel isn't bad. We rented two rooms. Across the road, there's a clean beach, shops, cafes, etc. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lively, bustling area.
Regarding cleanliness: we encountered cockroaches in one of the rooms. On our last day, they practically evicted us! There were so many, it was really unpleasant, so we decided to move into our daughter's second room. We went to the front desk, and they just gave us some bug spray and told us to go deal with it ourselves (left a bad taste). Anyway.... The pool is dirty; no one uses it. The restaurant kitchen is on the same floor, and it feels like while they're cooking, they're also eating on the sun loungers and not cleaning up after themselves. Honestly, the experience was just so-so. I wouldn't say I don't recommend it, but I won't recommend it either.

The hotel is quite far from the city center. The room is small, but if you don't have much luggage, it's fine for a couple of nights. The indoor pool was tiny and cold, so we decided not to swim. Breakfast had very limited options, no fruit, but there was soup and eggs, so you could grab a quick bite.

A wonderful, modern hotel. It's very clean, the staff are friendly, and our room was quite quiet. Breakfasts are good, with plenty of options. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are bus stops nearby. A local market and a small minimarket are also within easy walking distance. While it's a bit far from the city center, it's a quiet area free of tourist crowds. I definitely recommend it.

Let me start by saying, this is a VIP massage hotel, not a conventional one. The exterior photos displayed on Trip.com are completely misleading. Even the front desk staff behaved like they were part of the VIP massage service. The hotel rooms themselves were modern and decent. However, the elevators were constantly used by the VIP massage staff, transporting things like used massage towels. Regular hotel guests certainly wouldn't want to witness this, let alone share an elevator with them. Sharing an elevator with intoxicated patrons of the VIP massage service was also quite off-putting. Even coming to Nha Trang for leisure or business, staying at a hotel with such unhygienic and disreputable staff was a truly unpleasant experience. The entrance was plastered with VIP massage signs, bearing no resemblance to a hotel named 'Green Lake'. You probably wouldn't even recognize it as a hotel upon arriving by taxi. The ground floor was filled with numerous ill-mannered VIP massage staff, dressed in black and displaying a sloppy demeanor. Honestly, I wanted to cancel and forfeit my payment, but it was already paid for through Trip.com, and I was exhausted from flight delays with no time to spare. Despite feeling utterly disgusted, I reluctantly endured the stay.
