Really disappointing stay. The floors were dirty and left our feet stained so we have to wear sandals while staying in the room, the room felt run-down, and the entire hotel looked unclean and had an unpleasant smell.
The pool water is so dirty, the gym only 2 broken equipments, the bar is empty and everything just look sad.
Thankfully, we only booked one night—we’ll be finding another place for the rest of our trip.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few steps from the beach and close to the city center. Breakfast was quite good and the parking staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the bedsheets didn’t feel very clean, and the soundproofing was not great. It could get quite noisy at times due to loud conversations from other guests. The male receptionist was not very attentive when helping me rent a motorbike. I had to wait without any update and eventually had to ask again myself. Also, there is a power outlet installed right above the bed, which feels a bit unsafe.
Overall, the stay was acceptable thanks to the location and breakfast, but there are several areas that could be improved.

It is nice, but the room had windows to another building, and the pool is super small and dirty, the gym is not exist at all

Absolutely terrible. My mom and I stayed here, and the bed sheets were awful, honestly. The soundproofing was also terrible. I have no idea how this place got good reviews. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear. Our room ran out of shower gel and shampoo, and when we called for more, they sent someone to fill up the dispensers on the spot with a container the size of a cooking oil jug. The experience was absolutely dreadful! I really don't recommend this place at all. The worst experience during my trip to Vietnam.
