Absolutely terrible. My mom and I stayed here, and the bed sheets were awful, honestly. The soundproofing was also terrible. I have no idea how this place got good reviews. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear. Our room ran out of shower gel and shampoo, and when we called for more, they sent someone to fill up the dispensers on the spot with a container the size of a cooking oil jug. The experience was absolutely dreadful! I really don't recommend this place at all. The worst experience during my trip to Vietnam.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was quite good. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended for a pleasant trip.

We stayed there for 3 nights and had great experience. ☺️ Quick check in, great breakfast 🍳 and variety of choices, parking space 🅿️ and a very nice stuff at the parking to help with it. Bed 🛏️ was super comfy - cloud 9 cloud ☁️ type of thing! Everything was very clean and cleaning service was great. The location is great, it’s in an alley but close to the main strain and all amenities. It’s quiet 🤫. Unfortunately didn’t take any pics of the room! 🥺 Totally recommend stay here when in Nha Trang!
