The hotel is fairly new, located near the sea, in the same building as the Panorama Hotel and the apartments upstairs. Eastin reception is on the second floor. Parking is in basement B2. The entrance is quite narrow; drivers should park on the left side, as it's easy to hit a car on the right at the steep corner. The rooms are cozy, clean, and beautiful (apartment-style). The amenities, price, and service are all excellent. Very good value for money.

Despite my previous experience, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastin Grand this time. Although Nha Trang is very empty this season, with many clubs forced to close, Eastin still strives to be fully operational for guests. The price is good compared to the location, room, and sea view. The Eastin staff is very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars!

Eastin grand is a unique hotel that charges a normal electricity rate and also an air conditioning electricity rate. They have put in their own surcharge on electricity. I’m not sure if upper management is aware of this extra surcharge and is it legal as do they have a contract as a electricity provider or reseller? All customers should be made aware of this so they can make a better informed choice

By far the worse place I’ve ever stayed. Felt like being in prison.
13.11.2021
I booked a room here on Sep, 2021 for my 2022 Tet holiday. And out of the blue, Eastin Nha Trang cancelled my booking with merely one non-sense reason: Out of room. They didn't even care to send an email or give me a call prior to the cancellation, they just cancel me out without my discretion and consent. Eastin Nha Trang is DEFINTELY NOT recommended!

In-stay services is good. But customer services is so terrible. I've been waiting for the contract more than 2 weeks but no one knows where it was. I even called their postal provider, and they said the hotel didn't send it yet. Our stay was 17-18 April and until now, 1 June, I have got no sight from them.
Totally not recommend for business trip. The trouble is not worth it.

I really like the food here, but not today.
We couldn’t make the order in restaurant Deli for 40 minutes. The waiter didn’t pay attention to us.
1 hour later we received our food.
My friend received hot salmon from the microwave (you can see butter melted on the top, it happens only when they use a microwave). And I received cold salmon and asked to make a new fish for me, but they just warmed it up in the microwave, the dish looked horrible. I had to cancel the order.
I asked to call the chef to the table, but the waiter refused to do it.
It is awful that a 5* Hotel can not make a good dish without using a microwave. That is totally unprofessional.
