Dream Hotel Nha Trang in Nha Trang

Although we did not stay at the hotel, which I'm sure is fine, but the standard of service we had at the restaurant was not good at all. We arrived and were seated but the staff were shocked to know that we weren't Russian and it took them a while to find an English menu (approx 10 minutes). That I completely understand because after all we were in foreign country. Once there was a member of staff that understood our order (or so I thought) myself and my wife ordered 2 of the same dish but only one came out. We asked but nothing came about. We then decided to go but it took us about 15/20 minutes for us just to get the attention of the staff who were down the far end talking to each other and serving Russian families. I got the impression that because we weren't Russian we were sort of forgotten about. Again, I'm sure that the hotel is nice and to be fair the food was rather tasty (6/10) but I wouldn't go back there again.

Disgusting hotel. At the reception that nothing to ask, nothing, know nothing. Even in the airport at the request refused to call and ask about the flight to Hosemen. Air immediately began to flow. All loose, squeaks and closes the shower splashing everywhere, it is useless to complain. Lingerie does not change, only towels. Windows and doors with huge gaps, this noise, we stayed on the 6th floor, as if sleeping near the road. The only thing positive is the view from the balcony.
