Holiday Central Nha Trang in Nha Trang

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Central Nha Trang Hotel & Business and would 100% give it 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and our room was tidied every single day to a very high standard. It really made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. 🧼✨

The location is perfect — right in the centre of town and only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to get around and enjoy everything Nha Trang has to offer.

We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a suite for free! The view of the sea from the room was absolutely incredible and made the experience even more special. 🌊😍

Another great bonus was the excellent laundry service available in the hotel, plus an iron in the room which was really convenient for keeping clothes fresh during the trip. 👕👌

Overall, everything about our stay was fantastic — clean rooms, amazing location, beautiful sea views, and genuinely kind staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang and would happily stay here again!

A good budget hotel. The location is ideal: central but not on a noisy road, and just a few minutes' leisurely walk to the beach. The staff are very polite and respond quickly to requests and comments. The breakfasts for 55,000 dong per person are excellent. The cleaning is thorough, and the bed linen was changed every two days. However, there's one downside: the extremely hard mattress, which makes sleeping a Spartan challenge.

I previously wrote a review about a larger room. Then I moved into this smaller one. It's more modest, but overall, it has everything you need, and I was satisfied. It was cheaper, so the value for money was good. The staff is always present and always responsive.

Good hotel. The rooms are spacious, twice the size of a standard room, with high ceilings, large windows, plenty of tables, wardrobes, and space. The staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeepers are quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep. The cleaning is excellent, just perfect.

Room 909, deluxe. The room is definitely very worn out – all the furniture is patched up and re-glued. The fridge doesn't cool at all, even on max setting. The TV only has 29 Vietnamese channels and constantly loses signal. The mattress is very hard and short – my feet hung off. In the bathroom, there's no partition between the shower and the toilet. When you shower, everything turns into a swamp. There are no instructions on how to use the safe. There's no Wi-Fi code in the room. Shampoo and soap come in sachets. How am I supposed to tear open these sachets with wet hands?! The hotel manager who decided to cut costs is just a horrible person, and God will surely hold him accountable!!! The bed linen and towels are white and clean. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea.

The room was clean and exactly as pictured. There's a rooftop buffet and a swimming pool.

Excellent hotel and staff service.

Initially, as always, we booked for 1 night, but decided not to move anywhere else. We liked both the hotel location and the room. The hotel is in the center, and the room has a sea view, which is very nice. The room is bright and spacious with a large window and a nice view. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Even though it's off-season, we love strolling along the sea. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, spas, and shops nearby.
A warning for guests: the mattresses are moderately firm. We like them, but not everyone will find them comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel if we are ever in Nha Trang.
