Location: 35 km from the airport of Cam Ranh , in the city centre of Nha Trang on the street Ton Dan around the town square.

Consists of one 15-storey building.

The hotel has 64 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel, 2 line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - for a fee. Towels are free of charge. Between the beach and the hotel there is a road.

Situated between the 1st and 2nd lines, it's quiet, but there are rooms that seem to have a balcony, but it overlooks the neighboring hotel. The room is dark and it's unclear whether it's day or night. The breakfasts are very modest. I wouldn't recommend it.

The Prime Hotel is a more budget minded type of hotel with a very good location in the center of Nha Trang. It's an older hotel offering a budget travel alternative. Starting to show its age and needs some updating . It's down an alleyway with many restaurants very close , very walkable. I have stayed here before in 2023 and they have improved the breakfast and offering of the buffet. The breakfast was good and filling and the eggs are cooked to order. The pho was very good and a complete salad bar offering was good. I experienced no issues, my room was comfortable and for what I wanted for a 2 night stay it was very adequate. Shower was fine and air con was very cold. Had a beach front view as booked , at a budget price. To sum up , this is a budget stay location and if you're wanting more amenities book at a 5 star or 4 star plus in Nha Trang or go to Cam Rahn Bay.

Great location, centrally located, with the beach just across the street. Rooftop pool with a beautiful view. Breakfasts were delicious, but it's best to arrive early, as they weren't always replenished. The room was fairly bright due to the lighting, but there was no window; there was a door and an exit to a narrow balcony overlooking the neighboring hotel. The face towels were poor. There was no soap, although other toiletries were provided: a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo. It was fine for a couple of nights, but for the same price, you can find better options.

We arrived at mid night. There was no bellhop. Had to carry our own luggage up to the lobby. Receptionist gave us a look and looked down. Didn't even say hello. So we did not feel welcomed at all. Proceeded to the room just to find out it was full of cigarette smell and water on the floor. We requested to change the room. Receptionist said he had to check with his supervisor. We waited for 10 mins and he told us they were fully booked which I believed he could have able to give us that answer prior to making the call. We were desperate because our child was so tired after the flight so we had to go back to the room. Plus the AC did not work so well. We had a rough night. Anyway, we quite enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, we really liked the service, delicious and varied breakfasts, polite and helpful staff, cozy hotel, small but beautiful and comfortable pool. The air conditioner is on the ceiling in the hallway and cold air does not get on the beds, which is very convenient. At the exit from the hotel there are a lot of inexpensive cafes and massage parlors, we called a taxi at the reception for funny money to the airport. The hotel is in the center of the beach area opposite the Lotus.

The room was very small. The washroom sink was next to the bed outside the washroom. There was no hand soap in the washroom. The towels were worn out and had holes in Very poor condition of all rooms.

Great value for the price we paid. We had a king suite with a balcony and a sea view. The room was a good size with the shower and toilet being in separate rooms. The bed was comfortable and the A/C and wifi were good. The room wasn't particularly clean and wasn't cleaned very well at all during our stay. Breakfast wasn't great and served too early for people on holiday in my opinion. Good location in a cul de sac with a bar, a couple of good local restaurants, a shop and a laundry all within a two minute walk from the hotel. Overall, good value for the money we paid.

Rooftop pool sounds nice, but it is a bit small, built up and could use some modernization. Otherwise the hotel is definitely recommended!
