Reception service very poor. Phoned for early morning call whoever answered couldn’t speak English and hung up had to go down to reception and ask. When asked about someone hanging up on me made an excuse it was automated service , he knew I knew he was lying and I called him out on it and he admitted and apologised. Got my early morning call after a bit of palaver. Rude service.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was quite clean with daily housekeeping. There's a large shopping mall right next to the hotel, and the supermarket inside is huge, well-stocked, and affordably priced. For the cheapest water, the small convenience store across from the hotel is the place to go.

The room was spacious, but the soundproofing was poor, and it was too noisy at night. Kids in the next room kept prank-ringing our doorbell. The breakfast was quite simple, but the fruit was good. The only three-pin socket was by the bed, which wasn't ideal for business travelers as it made working difficult.

OK hotel, very suitable for family travel

I booked a hotel on agoda. The hotel is new and beautiful. The room is a delight, senior sea view on the 15th floor with sea views and a second floor-to-ceiling panoramic window overlooking the city. On the 17th floor there is a bar, sauna, hammam and swimming pool. Bar prices are very reasonable!

I liked this hotel — it’s located right in the heart of the tourist area, with lots of cafés nearby and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The service was also excellent: they were very kind and helped clean the sand out of the room after the beach

I was given a room on the top floor with a great view. I recommend it; there were no negative aspects. The only thing was that we weren't told about breakfast at check-in, even though it was included.

This hotel has very beautiful views and big clean rooms. The pool was a brilliant place to swim and relax, the laundry service was very quick.

The hotel is located on the northern side of the city's main road, offering quick access to the center. A good northern beach is also nearby. The area is quiet; you can sleep with the windows open at night as there's hardly any noise (my windows faced the city). The rooms are spacious, around 25-30 square meters. I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's located between North Beach and Marina Bay. The breakfasts are good, there's a pool, and overall it's good. The rooms are cozy, with a gorgeous sea view.

The view from the window is absolutely stunning, it's clean, and everything's fine overall. It's 20 minutes from the northern beach and 15 minutes from Marina Beach. The staff is friendly, but not all of them. It's livable. The breakfasts are significantly worse than at the Libra Hotel.

The hotel is mostly Chinese, so breakfast is geared towards them. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, with street noise. The room is very small, with only a bed. There's no place to sit and drink coffee. There's a balcony, but you can only stand on it. The rooms are cleaned well every day. There are no beach towels.

We stayed for a day and a half. A five-hour extension costs 50%; longer stays require a full day's payment. The rooms are small. We were initially given a room with a small window, but after complaining and showing photos on Trip.ru, we were given a room with a larger window. We didn't have breakfast. The air conditioning didn't work. There were strangers' hairs all over the room... the shower drained...

Generally, the receptionist has a bad attitude towards Chinese people.

Average hotel. For this price, you could get a 5-star hotel nearby: Regalia or Virgo. Breakfast is unavailable. You can't buy anything on the balcony; they told you to go to the first floor. You can't take coffee to the first floor to smoke. The breakfasts are complete crap.

The hotel facilities were clean and I had a great rest. The breakfast was simple and good, so I recommend it as a couple to have a fun time!! Highly recommended!

It was clean and nice, big bed and pretty comfortable, the shower was nice and strong pressure. The pool was small but nice, it’s a short walk to the beach and lots of stores around the area. Very good for the price would recommend.

The location is good, a bit removed from the tourist hustle and bustle, and prices at nearby establishments are lower than, say, in the northern part of the city. In short, it's not bad, but the service is poor. We stayed on the 11th floor. The rooms are clean, bright, and quite spacious. Cleaning is done daily. The breakfast is average. It has meat, vegetables, fruit, tea, and coffee.

The hotel is very far from all the attractions. The room is large and the view is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. There is a relaxation area where you can spend time. The breakfast is very poor; there is nothing to choose from, only soup or eggs. The sea is close by, so you can go for a swim. There is a good restaurant nearby.

It is an OK hotel, and I think it is not an 5 star hotel in my opinion. It could be a 2 star hotel in the guise of a 4 star hotel. The only major complaint I have is the weak airconditioning in my room. I am not sure if the airconditiing is maintained well as the air is not continuous or intermittent. For the price, I think it is reasonable. But it does not deserve a high rating.

This hotel is mainly visited by group tourists from other countries. It's difficult to walk to get to downtown. The staff is friendly, but they don't care about the Baang situation. The photo is of the sea in the distance seen from the room.

Greate place to stay, next to the beach. Rooms are big and confortable. Great breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I have no doubts to recommend this place and I will return again for sure.

We stayed this hotel for four nights from Feb. 8, 2020. Located the beside the main street, so we were able to enjoy our vacation with calm, not be loud noise. It serves not only a nice and great breakfast every morning but quite good views with sea breeze at the rooftop. All staffs has a good attitude and polite for guests at the lobby. The cleanliness of the room was good but not changing the bed...

Great for the price!! Amazing bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was truly regal! I would recommend the dumplings offered. Mini bar prices were also reasonable. I want to mention that we showed up smelly and sopping wet, looking like total backpacker trash and the staff were SO GOOD to us. They upgraded our room and catered to whatever whim we had. Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean room, fantastic shower, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was huge and had everything you can think of and it was all pretty good. Roof top pool was colder than expected, but would probably be nice if it was HOT and sunny and not raining.

Nice hotel, good view. Service is average. Construction started in 7am, stuff knock in door to clean up the room at 8am, maybe I just like to sleep too much. Hotel should have a private beach, still no luck trying to find it on my own, make sure stuff showed it to you on the map. Stuff speaking English purely. So be ready for challenges.

The hotel is located on the 2nd line. Quiet. The room is cleaned every day. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. Breakfast is normal: several types of salads, side dishes, fruits, tea, coffee. I would like more meat and fish dishes. The pool is clean, cool, but the sun loungers without mattresses are very hard. There is billiards, SPA.

Good place to feel the vibe of Nha Trang, if you need an apartment instead of hotel room. Not in its Best time and ahape, but all there and working - Kitchen with fridge (not mini-bar), living room, balcony... Beach is opposite the Road, city center right below you.

I really like this hotel because when you want to go to the beach, you have to walk down a long, narrow street filled with restaurants and massage parlors. It feels very authentic and lively, and it's a great way to experience the local atmosphere.
