The tall, thin receptionist was very welcoming, a big thumbs up! Overall, the stay was quite good, with a great location right on the beach and a night market nearby. For the price, it was pretty good. The only downside was the cleaning staff; I hope they provide more training. They sometimes only gave me bath towels, and other times they didn't give me face towels at all. The most unbearable thing was when I came back the next morning to find my pillowcases extremely dirty, with a large shoe print. The other three pillowcases were also very dirty. I went to the receptionist, and he immediately brought me new ones and apologized. I don't think it was his fault; his service was excellent. The cleaning staff's lack of attention dragged down the overall team's performance. That's an objective fact. Even the breakfast staff, the bespectacled waitress cooking inside, were very welcoming. If it weren't for everyone else's excellent service, this stay would have been much worse. After all, cleanliness is the most basic requirement.

Unfortunately although I had booked a stay in this hotel several months ago, when I arrived after a 7 hour train journey to my dismay the hotel was closed. My arrival time was after 1900 and I then had to start looking for alternative accommodation.

It's pretty good. The breakfast is also very good, and the location is very convenient. It's right by the sea, and there's a bus stop not far away, making it easy to get around. Most attractions are within walking or bus distance.

~50m from the beach, many restaurants and every other convenience you could want. Our modern, clean and tidy very large 4 bed family room was exactly what we needed. All the staff were super friendly which made our early arrival and late departure so much easier, including the refreshing dip in the roof top pool basking in the views over the beach and ocean below. Breakfast was included and had to be some of the biggest and freshest portions we've been served around vietnam. Be sure to try their in-house spa.. our hot rock couples massage was a perfect end to a long day out in the sun.

The room was very clean and tidy! There is a swimming pool and gym on the roof, and it is also very close to the beach! Convenient transportation! The most important thing is that the receptionist at the hotel is super nice! Booking an airport drop-off service is also very cheap! The hotel breakfast is also delicious! It's perfect. I will stay here again next time I go to Nha Trang! ❤

The view is good, and the room with sea view has disadvantages: there are mosquitoes, the room is really simple, and the breakfast is made to order, which is very average. It is a very economical hotel with average value for money.

Old style hotel, needs improvements in many areas. In the same hem (small street) there is other hotels that offer more for less price, and we had the best room. Staff is very friendly, but that is only good thing about the hotel. Had ants walking all over my bed when I woke up. Should put some furniture on the balcony.

for 3 star hotel staff. very convenient location, in the center. and on the third line, plus that is not noisy. Breakfast is good, there is a choice. the staff is very kind and polite. in General, then pleased.

Settled in the hotel on 17 may. First lived in a small two bed room, but after a couple days we asked to move to a higher floor but in a three bed room. Each of the rooms had a refrigerator, conder, plasma, wide beds, generally all that is needed for everyday life. The room was cleaned every day, free every day give water, change of towels daily, linen change every 4 days. The staff is friendly and smiling. Took the bikes to rent, put them in the hotel garage for free. Hotel in downtown to go to the sea for 10-15 minutes waddlingly. Breakfast pleased. For a side dish either rice or noodles, chicken or pork, beef, two kinds of soups, tea, coffee, green tea, orange juice, salads, fruits and cupcake with pineapple and the pancakes of course. In short with hunger will not die, all very tasty! ! A rooftop with a beautiful view of the sea;)))

They took a double room with one bed. The number seemed cramped. And it seems the bed has never changed, because the sand brought by us remained in bed to the end. There was no bar, as well as tea and coffee. However, in my opinion this is not such a big drawback. Nearby is a store.
But the breakfasts pleased. Tasty and satisfying. You can choose what you want to your taste.
