It’s nice hotel for your whole family

I’ve got really big room, it had private balcony, two really big beds. They cleaned my room every day, also changed my towels every single day. Also I’ve got a bathtub which unfortunately I couldn’t use, case the pipe was broken. The hotel is quite clean, but there were many cockroaches in the bathroom.

Such an awesome staff. My soon to be x left her phone in a grab. After talking to a staff member he was able to find a number for grab in Vietnam and helped us locate the driver and her phone. She was so happy to get her phone back, it came when we were asleep. He charged for us and brought it to us at breakfast. Love the staff here more than my girlfriend.lol

A nice hotel with a great view and location. It's central, but a bit away from the most noisy area. I extended my stay twice because of the clean and spacious room and the bathroom with a seaview. The breakfast is good, too. The staff is polite, but they're not particularly helpful with individual requests, like helping buy a ticket, etc. There are a lot of guests sometimes, so it feels a bit rushed...

This is the best value for money, with a view of the coastline. Hot water is a breeze. The sunrises were on display in the mornings. The only downside was that they rarely served meat at breakfast (what they did serve looked inedible). The view in the photo is from the 18th floor (panoramic windows overlooking the sea).

You can fall in love with this hotel for this view from the window. Asian breakfast, yes, there are minor flaws in the room but not critical. Convenient, large. If you don't find fault, everything is fine. The top floor is awesome.

Good location walking distance to city center and nice and helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are in good state, breakfast descent and simple. For couples I would recommend a different area. At night the area is quite rowdy.

Location: Good location near minimarts, restaurants and shopping center. Cleanliness: Hotel’s maids knocked your door every morning at 8 o’clock for cleaning. I brought my mother on this trip, and she liked this accommodation the most this time. She said it was great, had a fan, and was close to the cable car.

We were there from February 9 to 17, 2026. Very quiet area, great sleep. The beach is nearby, the shore is good, sand, no waves, but there are no umbrellas or sun loungers. For better service, you need to go to the central beach.

Nice family hotel in quiet guarded area with quick access to Vinpeatl Cable Cat station and beach. Breakfast is good, but need to wake up early to get it, if you caome by 9 o'clock you won't have any choice. But pho is always available. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Not luxury but it is good for its price. I would stay for more but wifi is weak and unstable, it need to be improved.

The towers are old n have holes in it.  Stains on walls.  Odd lay out that causes accidents easily that needs stand out lines to indicate the uneven floor( at the entrance of room to go to living room. Sheets on bed  Dampened.  Won’t recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed the location of this place. Everything you might need is nearby — shops, a pharmacy, and several nice cafes. Getting to the city center is very easy and takes only about 10 minutes by car. The view from the window was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place.

This isn't our first stay here; we always make sure to book a room with a sea view. The stunning views are undoubtedly the hotel's biggest draw. While other aspects like service and cleanliness are secondary, they are still perfectly satisfactory.

Overall, it's good, but be prepared for constant noise. Locals sing karaoke right under your windows in the evenings, and then at 4:30 AM, they start what sounds like an exercise routine with energetic music. The balcony door does not block out this noise. We weren't informed that the minibar isn't included in the room rate and needs to be paid for separately at checkout. Another disappointment was...

We forgot three pairs of winter boots in our room and when we returned for them, we were told that they had not found anything. I believe that the hotel is obliged to store lost items and return them upon request.

I recently stayed at Rosaka hotel located right in the heart of the tourist center, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The location was definitely a highlight; even though the hotel is on the third line, it only took about five minutes to reach the beach. A somewhat tired, but very atmospheric hotel in a mixed Japanese-European style, located in the very epicenter of the city's beach and nightlife. The beach is right across the street.
