A wonderful boarding house with a huge, beautiful, and well-maintained private grounds, a wide beach area with umbrellas, awnings, and sun loungers. There are four cafes and a variety of food options to suit every taste

There are two swimming pools, but the water is cool (we wish it were warmer), so we didn't dare swim. There are playrooms with entertainers for the children

The warm pool is 26-27 degrees, it's indoor, you need to wear swimming caps, and that's fine! But the sides need to be replaced, they are completely yellow, God forbid they start to fall off! The outdoor pool is much worse, small children just go there to go to the toilet, and on the bottom there is DIRT and MOLD in the form of two circles (I saw it myself, but didn't take a photo)

Irresponsible parents should be fined 5,000 rubles for allowing their children to pee in the pool (they should sprinkle a special powder that turns blue when they pee in the pool) and cleaned thoroughly so that people don't want to swim there

For that kind of money, all is well. The building is across the road. But in general, everything is clean. Noisy if you sleep with the opening window. Normal beach, close to old Gagra

Great dining room! Three meals a day, buffet. This covers all the cons. Private beach, quiet place. Of the minuses, this is old furniture, and the decoration of the bathroom from the time of the Soviet Union

The sea is clean, beautiful, not crowded, which we personally really like. A wonderful Pitsunda pine tree grows all around. We definitely advise, we ourselves plan to return again

Meals for 3-, next to there is a shop, a pharmacy, a winery. It is located not in the pitsunda itself, but a little further, but the beach is freer, there are fewer people
