We vacationed with our family for a week in early June. Everything was great, the comfort room was good, the maid cleaned, but not every day. The food was excellent, tasty and filling. The sea was cold, but we still swam

A wonderful boarding house with a huge, beautiful, and well-maintained private grounds, a wide beach area with umbrellas, awnings, and sun loungers. There are four cafes and a variety of food options to suit every taste

There are two swimming pools, but the water is cool (we wish it were warmer), so we didn't dare swim. There are playrooms with entertainers for the children

The transfer is included in the price, which is a plus and makes getting from Adler to the boarding house easier and more convenient

It happened that they didn't clean for two days, until already at lunchtime on the third day my husband had a fight with the administrator that they didn't change the linen on the fifth day and there was no cleaning

- the plumbing in the shower is not cheap, but already broken - the water pressure in the shower also leaves much to be desired - the advertised TV doesn't show - only the Abkhazian channel and Russia, and even then with varying success

- cleaning is done at lunchtime, when people come from the sea and relax. We were with children and immediately pointed out that the children have a sleep schedule, but no one paid attention to this

At the same time, the hotel has an ATM, but a commission is charged for withdrawing cash. That is, the owner of the cafe does not want to pay interest, and guests have to do it for withdrawals 😔

The main dissatisfaction was caused by the fact that they checked us into a room that was not the one that was booked and paid for. We paid for Comfort, but were checked into Standard

They either didn't clean or had to wake up the children so that they could clean

When booking, it was indicated that the room with an extra free bed for a child. Through booking, they wrote a letter to the hotel about the need for a bed for the baby. The answer came that the request was granted

With bathrobes, the situation was generally incomprehensible, there was one bathrobe and 1 red satin bathrobe, you can’t call it a bath. The room was large with a balcony. Bed linen is quite colorful, in flowers

Linen was provided after the second request. The hotel is conveniently located, in the very center, the room has very soft towels, there is no door on the shower and towels for the feet

Bathrobes, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in the bathrooms. " But in fact, a swollen low-quality laminate does not fit the description of a wooden floor

There was no mirror in the room. Which seemed rather uncomfortable. The hotel is not suitable for families with babies, there are no cots, high chairs, elevators

I have been resting here for several days, I really like it. Great room: spacious, quiet, very comfortable. And, of course, the hotel staff create a homely atmosphere. Just a great hotel.

Excellent boarding house! Convenient location. There are 2 cafes on the territory, 2 shops. Tour desk (prices are adequate). This is an option for those who do not want to go far and get all the amenities on the spot)

Large landscaped area, lots of greenery. Peacocks live on the territory. There is animation for children, disco for adults in the evening. Buffet food, good selection and deliciously prepared

The main plus is the sea nearby, a good beach. For guests sun loungers, umbrellas, on the beach they always sell fresh berries, fruits, and the rest is standard beer, cocktails, khachapuri, ice cream, etc

The territory of the boarding house is amazing. There is an excellent dining room and many entertainment programs for children

On the territory you can buy everything you need, juices, water, beer, wine, there are shops and a cafe. Beach next to sunbeds and umbrellas. We will definitely come again

It's easy to walk to the sea, and the beach is crystal clear! Delicious buffet cuisine, and the hotel's vast grounds offer plenty of space for evening strolls

However, this didn't bother us at all—firstly, they offer delivery from restaurants in Sukhum, and secondly, we arrived in our own car and weren't restricted in our movements. We'll definitely be back again and again!

We were only there for 3 days (September 17th to 20th) and unfortunately it's time to leave. The hotel is new, with a beautiful interior, furniture, and appliances, and everything is spotlessly clean

It has its own beach with sun loungers and two rows of large umbrellas. A roofed pool with a sea view is being built. Kudos to the owner for his excellent taste!!! We stayed in a Deluxe room with a sea view

You can see the sea even from your bed. It was quiet, there was no smell of tobacco, and even the children didn't scream. Maybe it was just a coincidence? - but everything was great for us

And the owners are amazing! They're truly lovely! The property is fenced, there are security cameras, a large parking lot, a playground, and everything is well-maintained and beautiful! As a photographer, it's a treat for the eyes! The panoramic windows in the hotel rooms with sea views are simply wow! And you can even see dolphins just offshore 😍 We'd love to come back!

I love this place! A modern hotel (one of the best I've ever stayed in Abkhazia) on the seashore in the suburbs of Sukhum. We stayed here twice: in October 2023 (in cabins) and in April 2024 (in the hotel itself)

Service with European does not compare, additional requests are answered "we are not a star hotel." But overall it's worth the money.

The beach itself is public, there are no sun loungers. Important: it is forbidden to take towels from the hotel to the beach, so be sure to think about what you will be lying on

You can swim without climbing, but it is better to leave until 6 hours, because the pool is closed for daily maintenance. The rooms are large and tidy with very high quality furniture and wallpaper

I stayed at the Inter-Sukhum Hotel in September 2022. The hotel's advantage is its location. The sea, embankment, cafes, shops, and market are within walking distance. The hotel itself is not bad, but requires renovation

There is a swimming pool on the premises. The rooms are small, there is a refrigerator and TV. The only negative for me is the lighting in the room. Even with all the lights on, the room is dark

Breakfast was included in my stay, but if you wish, you can choose 3 meals a day. It is possible to pay for meals at the hotel. The choice of dishes is not large, but I did not go hungry

There are coolers with drinking water on each floor. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful

The mattresses are excellent, the pillows are good, the linens and towels, as in all decent hotels, are snow-white and fresh. They change on some days, but you can always ask for a replacement at your discretion

To the sea about 7 minutes walk, from the entrance to the left. Look or slippers or endure pebbles, we endured and it was even pleasant. For food, good places - sat down ate - relatively budgetary, fresh and tasty
