We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. Got the low level room looking at the neighboring building with clothes hanging on the balconies. Usually premium members are treated better! And inattentive and unaccommodating service with lots of rules and no exceptions for the customer.

Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

Horrible front desk customer service! No English Channels Bad food Far away from city center. Front desk staff rude! Air conditioning not working well. Adrianna at the restaurant is the best employee of this 5 star hotel. She was amazing. She needs to be promoted to the front desk. Very disappointed with this hotel.

The Radisson Collection Morina offers an elegant, well-maintained environment with refined design, spotless rooms, and highly attentive service. Breakfast was generous, well presented, and supported by a professional and courteous team. During my stay, I had a brief, friendly conversation in the lobby with a gentleman who spoke naturally about the property and guest experience. Only at the end did it become clear that he was in fact the owner. That quiet, genuine approach to guest engagement reflects strong personal leadership and pride in the hotel — qualities that set a world-class property apart. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations — a property managed with care, attention, and authenticity. Fully worthy of its five-star standing.

Stayed 4 nights, air conditioner on the 3rd floor did not work on our first night hence the room was hot but repaired the following morning. The attitude of the chap at the desk who claimed he was the manager was very dismissive and think one should just bear with the situation although he must have been aware of the situation before our arrival because while trying to check into the room someone suspected to be an engineer was just exiting the room. Apart from that services provided was very good, The breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant very helpful. Dinner was very good but not cheap. parking was very limited but help was at hand to help you park if no spaces. one can walk to Tirana BLLOKU the shopping centre area about 3km or explore Tirana Lake park by walking along Rruga Ligeni i Thate and cross the Elbasan Highway via an under pass.although receptionist at desk appeared unaware of this route, when asked how to get to the park, I was just told to get a taxi because no way across the High way

We just came back home to Stockholm after our first visit to Tirana Albania, we stayed 3 nights at Radisson Morina and we have just good things to tell about it. The location is a little bit outside Tirana but it was just perfect for us, quite and peaceful with the beautiful lake outside. You can walk to the city center 40 min, or you will always find a taxi outside the hotel, it will cost you about 5 EURO to Skanderbeg Square for example, the garden at the hotel is so nice and there is at least 1 person working with it on a daily bases. It is very peaceful around the pool area, you can have a drink or so around the pool or if you want to eat something more there are some really nice tables, the food is really good quality and very affordable ! The swimmimg pool is really big so you can make your morning swim and the spa area inside is fantastic as well, dont miss it ! The staff at the hotel are 100% professional, they are extremely nice and they will do everything for you to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is extremely clean, and the rooms are very nice we tried 2 different rooms, 1 premium and 1 junior suite with lake view, booth are very nice and the beds and pillows are fantastic quality, you have all comfortable amenities in the room like shaving set, toothbrush, shoeshine, nice shampoo , conditioner, bathrobe and slippers. Me and my wife are travelling around the world due to our jobs and we have stayed at many different hotels, and this one belongs to the better ones we visited , the hotel itself and offcourse the staff, Radisson should be so happy with the staff at this hotel and they are the ones that make this hotel so good and welcoming, My best regards Mats Ekman with wife/ Stockholm Sweden
