Doanesia Premium Hotel And Spa Tirana in Tirana

We were in Tirana for 3 nights and found the Doanesia Premium Hotel & Spa. It is a beautiful hotel with decent rooms, and a great spa and an excellent restaurant, whose food you have to eat to believe. A special mention for Sinan who went out of his way to help. My car tyres were low in pressure, and he volunteered to bring his own air compressor and filled my tyres with air. He also checked them again twice. Frankly, I am amazed at this level of service. Really enjoyable stay at Doanesia Premium Hotel & Spa. The beds were very comfy, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything felt well looked after throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, which made the whole experience even better. The hotel rooms were clean and well presented, the bar was great, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a really good stay and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel experience.

The hotel was clean, tidy with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was really tasty and great value. Breakfast could have been hotter. The spa was fantastic, pool, steam room, ice bucket and sauna all cleaned regularly.

All staff are welcoming & friendly. They are ready to help and advice whenever needed. Arranged airport pick and gave us the best price. Were met by a welcoming juice and a smile on everyone’s face. Rooms are clean with amenities. Spa & sauna are so good and a must try. Plenty of options for breakfast A bit far from the center (15 min by bus) but Bus station is 3 mins away

On our first visit to Albania we were lucky enough to have stayed at this hotel. Heather and I were both impressed with the facilities at the Doanesia but more so with the excellent staff. From the moment we arrived to the time we sadly had to leave all the staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and spoke very good English. The food at breakfast was very good, so many foods to choose from. For the evenings our dietary needs were met and the staff went over and above to ensure we were totally satisfied. We also made full use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. I had a very good massage during our stay. Our room was clean and presentable, the bed very comfortable with plenty of space to hang and store our clothes. We were impressed with the speed of the laundry service . We had views of the distant mountains and some of the city. This hotel has a car park, and the bus to the city centre stops nearly outside the hotel. The hotel management should be proud of the staff they have, as they made our stay such a happy and memorable one, and to those staff members we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and hopefully we shall return and see you all again.

Good Service

Lovely hotel, very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and even spoke Italian. They were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us, even arranging taxis while we were exploring Torna's city center, which is about 6km from the hotel. The spa was beautiful and tranquil.
