During our recent business trip, we experienced truly exceptional service that deserves special recognition.
On the day of our departure to the airport, we asked the reception to arrange a taxi. Due to a public demonstration in the city, taxis were unable to reach the hotel. One of the hotel staff members, Gjergji Hoxhanj, went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect — he personally escorted us through a back route and walked with us in pouring rain for at least 15 minutes until we were able to get a taxi. His dedication, sense of responsibility, and genuine care were simply remarkable and deeply appreciated.
Beyond this extraordinary moment, our entire stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous and professional.
My sincere compliments to the hotel’s management for building a service culture that attracts and supports such outstanding people. Experiences like this truly set your hotel apart.

Nice hotel and great location. Perfect walking distance to the center. Also the breakfast was perfect. The garden area is nice to walk around.Also as a female solo traveler I felt completely safe here. No issues walking around town either.

Rogner Tirana has a very good location, close to the city center and main attractions, which is definitely a strong point. However, the service was not satisfying and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. Overall, the stay was average mainly due to the location, but the service could be improved significantly.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was great, the staff are all friendly and breakfast has a lot of choice.
The room faces a main road which is very loud, which is something to consider if you're a light sleeper but I managed fine.
The only thing I would mention to the hotel, is to use a different taxi company as they called a 'city taxi' for me. The taxi experience was awful, and ruined the end of my stay in Tirana. I had used a different company earlier in the week which I arranged myself and they were much better.

Prime city-center location surrounded by lush gardens & pool oasis. Feels like a tranquil escape. Rooms are spacious but decor feels slightly dated & needs refresh. Staff generally helpful. Good breakfast. Overall, a solid 4-star with charm, though rooms don't quite match modern 5-star expectations. Great for ambiance & location.

Shady practices - I was charged for mini bar items that I did not have and staff basically said I was lying because they had a photo of a full mini bar from 3 days before I arrived. Definitely not the upscale style that I was expecting.

Where do I start? The service is what sets this hotel apart! Everyone is so helpful, there to see your every need is met. We needed to store bags for a couple hours-and they called us a cab to the airport. I needed to print something out for our travel and got it instantly.
The breakfast is insanely delicious. The food is cosmopolitan and very high quality. The oj is freshly squeezed. The cappuccino is simply divine. The server was on point, gracious and classy.
The rooms are so quiet-you’d never know you’re right in the middle of one of the most happening parts of Tirana with access to a ton of nice restaurants, including the hotel restaurant. The maid service is excellent.
Will be back! I was so impressed! From the moment you enter you will feel lucky and well cared for!

Everything in the hotel was simply excellent.
The room was spacious and very elegant, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was wow. We also had a balcony to the backyard which was really nice.
Everyone in the the hotel were lovely, the common spaces were luxurious and the breakfast which was a la cart was great.
