Our stay at hotel Picasso was perfect. Mona, her brother and all the staff are very welcoming and kind, our kids love her!

Rooms are clean and confortable with 2 air conditioners, small fridge and TV. And view on the sea is wonderful.

Pool is clean and nice, bathed with sun.
Private beach with umbrella and sunbeds is right in front of the hotel (30 seconds walk :) )

Breakfast was good with fresh fruits and good coffee.

It was a really pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Picasso. The hotel is beautiful, and the lovely family running it made us feel at home right away. The location is perfect – right on the beach, with easy access for swimming and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, offering lots of alternatives . The rooms were fresh, modern, and spotless, with a fantastic view over the sea. Watching the sunset from here was absolutely magical! 🌅 After spending two days here We decided to stay an extra night. My daughter even got a free icecream when we were waiting for the taxi. All in all, a hotel we can truly recommend – for its location, comfort, and the warm hospitality. We Will be back ❤️

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, fantastic views. Wonderful breakfast included daily with plenty of options. Clean pool and lounge chairs for when you want a break from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella across the street are included.

My husband and I recently visited Albania and our first stop was Hotel Picasso. We were greeted with open arms and the owners of the hotel made a special gesture by hanging a Canadian flag at their reception to welcome us. The room was perfect. Modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. We had the most beautiful view from our terrace and it was lovely and so peaceful to sit out at night, watching the beautiful sea. We spent a lot of time at the pool relaxing in the most comfortable loungers and the umbrella provided was great when we needed to get out of the sun for a while. There were always enough chairs for everyone throughout the day so I didn't have to worry about saving them in the early morning like I do in North America. Although we didn't really sit at the private beach very much, it also had more than enough chairs and umbrellas and was lovely. The buffet breakfast provided every day was plentiful and delicious and you could definitely see the pride the owners took in ensuring this. And last but not least, the owners Mona and Piero were so friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to ensure not only our experience but all guests' experience at the hotel was top notch. Piero would guide and help the guests with their parking. Mona would be running around ensuring everything at the breakfast was perfect for the guests. They answered any questions we had and provided suggestions of things to do in the area, as well as things to see on the way to our next stop in Vlore. My husband and I had several conversations with them and truly enjoyed their company. We would definitely recommend this hotel to ours. THANK YOU SO MUCH MONA AND PIERO FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

A very nice hotel with super friendly staff! They have a large pool with lots of sunbeds. They also have a private beach with lots of sunbeds for hotel guests only. Overall a very relaxing stay here with great sea views with a sunset.
The breakfast is good! The hotel does not offer lunch or dinner. But near the hotel there are lots of restaurants you can walk to.

Excellent choice! We were driving to South Albania a this hotel is perfect. Rooms are super clean, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious and a nice balcony with sea view.
I has a pool, but we didn’t try as the hotel has a private beach with sunbeds, comfortable cushions and parasols the sea is amazing, calm clean.
We might stop for another night on our return

I DO NOT RECOMMEND accommodation! We stayed there for 2 nights and personal belongings and cash were stolen by the cleaner!!! After reporting to the reception, no interest in normal communication. The owner was unpleasant, arrogant and did nothing to fix it. We had 3 rooms together and the theft happened on two different floors. For example, they also stole cigarettes ... personal items and cash that was in the pocket of the clothes. It's quite an unpleasant feeling to know that a stranger has been rummaging through your things. The beach is a big mess, and in the bathroom there is no shower gel in the shower. The electricity in the room went out every now and then. I definitely do not recommend the hotel, this has never happened to us before (and we hope that it will never happen again). In the photo, the hotel beach .... 🫣 . please, what can we do about it?

Very Nice family run hotel on the beach south of Vlorë. Great atmosphere and nice personell. Free sun beds by pool and on the beach. Rooms and balconies are spacius and with fantastic views. Good restaurants in the neighborhood. Quiet area😎

Very disappointing. We had been there four years ago and had enjoyed it. This time, for a supposed dish of 500 grs of lamb meat, we got a plate of bones, no meat to be found, and cold. Frankly, a bit like the day before leftovers. And I cannot be certain, but the house wine seemed to have been mixed with water. When we complained about the meat, they just said :" Next time it will be better".
