Delight Hotel in Ksamil

I have been on holiday in Ksamil last week and my stay there wasn't good because of the most vulgar and unkind hotel staff. In the middle of my stay there the Manager decide to cancel the rest of my days there, and tell to us right after a breakfast, I was ready to swim, and in the next moment I start to pack all my things and go back to Bulgaria, this happened not only with me, he cancel all this nights on my friends too, 4 double rooms. The reason was more then funny. Because we stay at the restaurant after 10 am. He come to the table with scream, and say " Breakfast is from 8 to 10, not till 11 , it's till 10. So we say we didn't take a food after 10 we just drink coffee which we pay from the bar and talk. That time he tell on other guy to give us the rest of the money and cancel our nights, meanwhile he hides himself like a mouse and run from the hotel, because as other person say "he was very angry" and leave the hotel. Breakfast is from 8 till 10. No one of us never take food after 10, we just stay on the table drink coffee and talk. and you can't use yard as well because he say that we was too loud after 12, this is not true too, but the club next to the hotel, blast so loud music until 03:00 am but for this he didn't say anything. If have 0 for this hotel I will rate with 0. For the first time in my life I meet such vulgar, uneducated people. We are in 2023, and this is not normall. That's why people like you will always stay like the 3-th country. You don't know how to communicate with people , and most of all to respect your guest!

I booked this hotel for my family in March 2023 to stay in September 2023. I booked directly on the hotel website. I then also emailed them again to confirm my reservation which they confirmed. A few weeks before we were due to arrive I received an email to say they had a "problem with their reservation system" and were unable to provide accommodation for us. This obviously cost us a lot of money as we had to rebook somewhere else at a significantly higher cost. The worst part - the hotel did not care at all about out situation or seek to provide alternative accommodation. There must have been hundreds of bookings caught up in the situation. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
