The hotel is owned by a family. The rooms are nice and clean. The only feedback would be there is no shower curtain or separator etc. so the water goes everywhere in the bathroom.

Very disappointing experience. The room smelled weird and the air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortably hot. The staff showed little interest in solving the issues and were not friendly. Also, the WiFi worked really bad. I definitely would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

This family-run hotel is super clean and the owners are the kindest most generous people I've met during my stay. The only issue would be the lack of chandeliers, a shower curtain or cubicle and the loud guests.

Incredible! The owners are 2 beautiful people, they make you feel so welcome. The rooms are clean, you have a balcony which is nice to sit in the evening with the sun going under. Breakfast is chosen by the owners, but oh my, fresh tomatoes, bread, pancake with chocolate, olives, eggs, local cheese and honey... And not to mention the homemade jam! The hotel is on a little hill, away from all the noise. If you go in highseason but want to have a quite night, book your stay at SEADEL! It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, bakery and stores around the corner.
Albanians are very friendly people but the hosts are taking their kindness to a much higher level. Thank you for everything!

Nice new small scale family ran hotel, clean room, good WiFi and tasty breakfast. Located a few hundred meteres away from madhouse Ksamil beach so a nice and quiet location. Small swimmingpool but also very clean. A few minutes walking away is Sheqer lake park with a large private pool and good restaurant, also a lot more relaxed than Ksamil beach.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a romantic gateway with my girlfriend. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing the relaxing heaven after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation experience. We will definitely be back!

It's a small family running hotel, new one. All arrears very clean. We didn't need a cleaning but they asked us if we want to change towels or sheets every day. Breakfast are served and they prepare everything the way you like. Owners are there every minute for you and doing there best, very nice and polite. Very close to centre and of course to markets and restaurants. The price in peak season was extremely good and if we'd come again to Ksamil would pick up definitely this place again. Rating 10 of 10.

We were 4 families-8 people and we had an exceptional stay in hotel Seadel! We were in many other hotels around the world, but even in 5 star hotels we haven't seen such friendly owners and staff, such cleanliness, such maintained facility. The rooms and the hotel itself looked super clean, the interior is brand new and beautiful. The outdoor area and the pool is cleaned every day by the owners, the rooms are also cleaned more often than usual, the bedsheets and the towels are changed every 2 days, but you have to know that vou need to leave vour kev at the reception for cleaning. The rooms are cozy and big enough, the bed is super comfortable. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the best beaches in Ksamil and 2,3 minutes away from the restaurants. The breakfast is freshly cooked in the morning, very delicious and served around the pool. Big thanks to the owners, they were super responsive, always ready to help with everything, that we asked. Aleksi helped us with recommendation for the best traditional restaurants in Ksamil and his wife told us where are the best beaches. If you are wondering where to stay in Ksamil I can say don't hesitate to book your stay in hotel Seadel, you won't regret it. This was our best decision!

I am sorry to write this review because the owners are very nice, but don't confuse work with friendliness or kindness. If I pay for a hotel service, I would also like to receive it, otherwise I was looking for an apartment and I was spending even less. We specify that we stayed for 12 nights.
1 ° behind the door there is a sheet with the rules of the hotel with written, the sheets are changed every 3 days and cleaning is done every 2 days. (At the time of booking it should be specified and shown, which is not done)
2 ° THE BEDROOM AND THE BATHROOM ESPECIALLY, THEY NEVER CLEANED OR WASHED ON THE GROUND !!! Only the linen was changed.
3rd every day there was no toilet paper! 3 days in a row we went down to ask for it! after we made do, because you are tired of asking!
4 ° the moment you remove the key from the room the fridge switches off.
5 ° the breakfast is 90% salty and 10% sweet and is not a buffet, there is no coffee and no hot tea, no hot but cold milk and no water on the table, you have to ask them for a glass of water.
5th when we said that the room was not clean, we were told "it seems strange to me" instead of coming to the room to check.
6 ° in the bathroom there is an open shower, consequently every time you took a shower the whole bathroom flooded!
7 ° the payment is made upon arrival at the facility and not upon departure. (That's why we stayed for the entire booked stay)
8 ° the soap and shampoo, it was only put on the first day on arrival and never put back!
9th on arrival we were told, park your car in the hotel garage. Until the structure was full and those who arrived earlier had the parking inside if not in front of the structure.
10th shame to make these serious mistakes in a hotel, because the structure is new with very nice rooms !!!
