Very nice small hotel. Extremely clean rooms, they clean and change everything you need daily. Big balconies, very nice breakfast, good views from the rooms. Good location, not loud, a lot of places for food and shops around it. Around 20min from the city center by walking.

The Hotel is in a secondary street with a lot of parking for the guests. A lot of restaurants you can reach in a couple of minutes on foot. The rooms are clean. We had a Little problem with the pos and the credit card but the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfasts vary from day to day

Nice location, very tasty and varied breakfast. Free parking.Great valur fot money. I was particularly impressed by the hotel manager, he was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer and help with any of our questions. The recommendation is a 10/10 from me.

Wonderful stay – amazing staff and service!
I stayed at Oscar Hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very kind and helpful at all times. The rooms were very clean, and the beach is just about 500 meters away – perfect for a short walk.
Unfortunately, my car broke down during my stay. The hotel manager, Mali, went above and beyond to help me. He found a workshop for me, organized a towing service, and supported me the entire time. I truly appreciate the time and effort he spent helping me – it meant a lot.
Thank you so much, Mali, for everything. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

During my week-long stay at Hotel Oskar, I was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the staff. From the moment I arrived, every team member made it their mission to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The front desk was always friendly and efficient, offering helpful local tips and handling any requests with ease. Housekeeping was consistently thorough and respectful of my schedule, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming dining experience. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of everyone—service that felt both personal and sincere. Fantastic Stay at Oscar Hotel!
Oskar Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Stayed here from 26.08.2021 h 29.08.2021 with my family of three.
The Owner, Mr Oskar was very kind and friendly. From the first room he had offered us, when we arrived at the destination he gave us an upgrade giving us a room on the third floor with a wonderful view of the Gulf. Upon arrival the Room 303 was clean and had AC, running water, a small fridge, and the tv. It was all perfect. We opted for the breakfast at the hotel. All three days it was pretty much the same, with a family recipe being the only item changing. This dish was unfortunately not always available for everyone. I guess they didn't prepare enough for all guests. The hotel wasn't easy to find, but the spot was perfect, far from Saranda's noise and near Ksamil. Also few hundred meters from the new beach below. There were markets and restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, to my great surprise, no hotel service was offered to our room. No cleaning or restock of toiletries, no change of sheets. A great minus since we booked the hotel just to avoid these things had we booked a much cheaper appartment for rent. We had taken our own towels thankfully, but i judge it unacceptable to not offer what you're supposed to, a clean hotel room. Not even trash was emptied. Secondly on our daughter's bed there was an ant colony and we were forced to make her sleep with us. The owner looked really a serious man, i can't understand why would he offer this kind of service to his guests.

The front seat was very friendly & Kind & the Breakfast was Amazing! I’m a sucker for a good breakfast. Also, it was our first time in Saranda and the front seat were very helpful in navigating us & telling us hot spots around the city!

Quiet place, no traffic noise or barking dogs. Near bus stop to Ksamil beaches. Near Saranda beaches. Mango Beach. Near food market. Heavy stairs up and down? Not for wheelchairs. Thank you.
