this was such a lovely hotel! the people who owned it and worked there were so friendly and accommodating, they gave us fresh fruit from their tree, cleaned our room everyday and were super helpful. the hotel was clean, cozy and in a good location (just 15mins away from the main street and beach). couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

This is such a lovely family-run hotel. We stayed for four nights and it was great. The people who own the hotel as well as the cleaner are absolutely lovely. The hotel is located a short walk from the main town, just 15 minutes, as well as a 15 minute walk from the main beaches. The hotel is lovely and clean, there are also two cute and friendly cats who live here. The family even gave us fresh fruit from their tree - I couldn’t recommend enough.

The hotel and the owner was perfect,service is perfect and the stuff so friendly,best option for in ksamil and just 5-7 minutes from the beach and 2-3min from centre

The owners are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to help and please you. Very spacious and airy rooms, with large balcony. Nice breakfast. Free parking on the ground. Location: along the high road to Butrint, it is the last place on the left before leaving Ksamil. Next is a bus depot, which you don’t hear at any time. It’s the mosquito season, so be prepared. Congratulations for the hotel owners, who do such a good job!

The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home. Your wishes are taken into account. If I visit Ksamil again, I will definitely go back to the Hotel Chris. Thank you very much

We were guests of this hotel recently and had a pleasant stay. Ida, who manages the property, is very nice, always kind, smiling and available to all guests. It was truly a pleasure😊 Strategic location: close to the only free beach in Ksamil as well as the center, without being in the middle of ******. Comfortable beds and comfortable room, the only flaw is the bathroom a little small, but still functional, and the soundproofing of the room; fortunately we were all very quiet guests so we had no problems of any kind. Breakfast and espresso coffee TOP🤩

This hotel ( beatiful home feeling) run by brothers Rei and Sokol Plasa is one of the most beautiful interesting places I have ever been.
Service excellent
Breakfast even better.

The most interesting fact was that the brothers were renting the hotel themselves( first year)and I can say without hesitation that a lot of 5star hoteliers can learn a thing or two from these brothers and their family.

Very beautiful and clean rooms. The staff was very polite and funny, it made you file like you were staying at your cousins not a hotel. Perfect place to enjoy u=your vacations

Clean and spacious room. The owners are helpful and kind, they cook food from fresh products and grow their own vegetables. Calm and cozy place to stay.

Reserved our stay with Booking but when we got there owner just said they were full and that he sent us mail. Mail came at 12.54, and check-in time was 13.00, so yeah, that was helpful!
Next they said all Ksamil was full and there wasn't any place to stay except he may find us a place at his cousin, of course, with more expensive price... (we did find a place just 15 minutes after at even lower price).
And in the end he said to booking that WE were the ones that didn't show up and that's why he was forced to rent it to another.
Horror story of greed and arrogance.
