Hotel Mare in Ksamil

We booked a double room and were informed in advance that it would be a four-bed room but only for the two of us, which was fine. However, upon arrival, we found one double bed and one bunk bed instead of four separate beds. The lower bunk was so low that it was impossible to even sit on it.

I asked to remove the upper bunk or change the room, but the staff reacted rudely and with irritation. They brought a narrow folding chair, and we had to take turns sleeping on it for two nights. Later, the staff — while being rude and even swearing — finally removed the upper part of the bunk bed, but the room remained the same. The bed creaked terribly with every small movement, making it almost impossible to sleep.

What was most shocking was the staff’s behavior — they were openly rude, used offensive language, and even threatened us, saying we should leave and go out on the street if we didn’t like it. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. A very unpleasant and stressful experience. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
