The service at the hotel was excellent, especially the receptionists which always greet you with a smile and help you with anything you need. The room was cleaned everyday and the blankets, towels, were changed aswell

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers

If you want a quiet and pleasant vacation, this is the perfect place. Everything was perfect for us, the hotel location, rooms, service, food, and the private beach area which is quiet and clean, and the sea is amazing

Everything was spotless and well-maintained – the rooms, the common areas, even the smallest details were perfectly clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile

The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them

Couldn’t wish for a more perfect stay in Sarande this year. The center is about 20 min walk, and near the hotel you have everything - restaurants, fast foods, markets, everything you need

Great view but off season no pool nothing was there...everything was shutdown on the day

Breakfast was great, continental and english bfast was provided with pork and chicken served separately. We really wanted to use the pool only to be told that it had been drained

It is said that the best hotel in the Saran area. The room is big enough, but the air conditioner is not working well. The breakfast is not self-service, which is a bit small

I saw that other room types are a bit small when passing by. It is recommended to choose this room type directly. It is not bad for the money for a visit

Spacious, clean room with a lovely view; higher floors are preferable. The restaurant is rather dreary, the outdoor facilities need renovation, and there's a general lack of maintenance outside.

Great to have the use of a pool and loungers on the sea front. Conveniently located. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

They even left stones in the corners of the stairs, showing little attention to detail. The pool was dirty most of the time and was only cleaned on the second-to-last day of our stay

We also had the impression that we were given two of the worst rooms, as the staff often left other room doors open and those seemed larger and in better condition than ours

The carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms is just horrible, the walls are poorly finished, and the silicone around the bathroom sinks gives a dirty impression

They have two pools a small one for kids and a big one; from what they told me it is the biggest pool in the city of Saranda, half Olympic size so anybody who wants to do training this pool is the best in the whole city

Hotel Bahamas has one of the most stunning sea views. The rooms over look the beautiful pool, beach and the spectacular bay

Great location. The beach and restaurant are amazing! Excellent service! The only downside is the music playing throughout. However, the rooms are soundproofed well; you can barely hear anything when you close the door.

Arrived in January at Hotel Demi to be welcomed by extremely friendly and professional staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure I found the best room that balanced beautiful location/view with a friendly price

An excellent hotel compared to others, especially the location! There were always sun loungers available on the beach. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but there are plenty of other options nearby

The hotel is new and generously appointed. The sunset view from my balcony over the Adriatic and Corfu was stunning, and the bed was very comfortable after days of inland castle adventures

We come here every summer, and it never disappoints. The staff is kind, everything is clean, and it always feels relaxing and peaceful. It truly feels like home. Can’t wait to be back again next year!

Nice clean place with nice staff and really fine surroundings. Good parking spaces for rentals. Pool area is nice and open, so you can watch your kids and beach is close for bigger kids or medium sized adults

The bed, sofa and chairs are all hard, not plush at all. Pools not open and their beach area is a mess with construction

The room isn't fancy for the money wouldnt classify as 4 stars. Elevator only goes up to 7th floor so you have to carry your bags the rest of the way. Small 4 person elevator thats hard to get to

None of the 3 restaurants are open during the winter. Was part of the reason I went with a resort. Its not close to any restaurants so had to drive again defeating the purpouse of a resort

The pool was clean and big, they have plenty of beds and cabanas available for guests in the beach area. The restaurant and the bars provided very good food and cocktails

The restaurant food is delicious, and the large pool is beautiful and well-maintained

We were pleasantly surprised that Sarande Palace was an exception, the building is situated towards the end of the boulevard which gives the most beautiful sunset view and quietness, as the busy section of Sarande is very noisy

We stayed at Saranda Palace for two weeks and loved it! Perfect location right by the sea and close to everything. The rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean, and the staff offer amazing service

Ory - the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and perfect. She seriously runs the place and cares for the service they provide to guests

The property also don't provide pool/ towels (unsure if this is normal for this part of the world as it's our first time here). The pool was a great size and there were plenty of loungers for everyone

I loved it! We stayed at Mucobega2! The perfect place for family and kids! Amazing staff, so quiet! The room was new, clean and spacious for 5 of us! The customer service amazing! The beach Perfect! If you are looking for a place that would be perfect for families than this is it! Will be back next summer!

The road to the hotel passes by a graveyard which is something you don't expect. It's a nice hotel with a little pool, a private beach which is included in the price. There was beautiful live music each night we stayed

The free parking was a great perk, as parking close to the promenade is a nightmare - we would walk approximately 15 minutes down the hill to go for dinner to avoid dealing with parking down the hill

We had the absolute best time at the Harbour Hotel Sarande. The location is perfect, just outside all of the hustle and bustle of main Sarande and the staff made our experience amazing

Angela, the manager and owner’s sister was so lovely, caring and helpful, it was lovely to speak to her and meet the family. She works super hard to ensure everything is top quality for guests

Matti on the bar was so attentive and friendly, we had great laughs with him. We stayed in the executive suite and the room was beautiful! The views however, were even better

The room was comftable and spotlessly clean, the hotel had beautiful artwork and sculptures dotted around, the restaurant served beautiful food and the pool was cleen and a nice temperature, sunbeds were comfortable and enough to go round

The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. Also, the breakfast was the same every morning, so some variation would be a nice improvement

There’s a big variety of food choices, especially traditional dishes that you can order throughout the day. Albana, Fabian, Tina, and Ana who welcomed us so warmly — we truly felt at home thanks to them

I had such a lovely stay! The view from the front of the hotel is beautiful, and I especially loved the pool view. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the morning and watching the sea was so relaxing

However, there were also two men working at the pool bar who were extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem to know how to speak to or deal with guests, and they didn’t do their job properly

On the positive side, the receptionist, cleaners, and the lady at the pool bar were all very kind, professional, and truly made our stay special we really appreciated them

I came for holiday with my family here. The hotel is very nice. Rooms with AC, comfortable beds. The view is amazing- you wake up everyday looking at the sea. Bartender Erika is the best! Very talkative and kind :))

I recently stayed at Mediterrane Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay

It showed the level the hotel are willing to go to in order to give their clients the best stay. The hotel was walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants

The hotel is located on a hill, so you should expect some walking up and down — going down is easy, but the climb back up requires a bit of effort unless you have a vehicle

The hotel is very nice! We had a wonderful room, with great view. In the first morning we asked for a coffee, and the lady owner gave us one for free like welcoming from her! It was very nice

We came to this hotel with a group of 19 people for two nighrs and each and every one had a great stay. The rooms are super clean and the breakfast fantastic

The owners an orthodox husband and wife who have worked very hard to open this hotel and work very hard to make it work

At one point we asked for some water at reception and the receptionist offered her own water bottle, just one example of how far they would go for their guests! Secondly, the amenities are amazing, forgot to take a picture of our room but it was spacious, includes a tv with Netflix, air conditioning, a kettle as well as soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms

A special mention goes to the receptionist – I believe her name was Alesia – who was very courteous and pleasant. The room was clean and well-equipped, and overall we had a very comfortable stay

It has private beach with beds and umbrellas, free for hotel guests, and nice peacefull and quiet infinity pool

If you want to do nice rafting adventure on the Bistrice river, then the starting as well the end point is just near the hotel, an activity that you don't to take out the car to (which is a great advantage in this area)

The Wifi was strong all over the area, and we strongly recommend to take the full see view rooms, if they are available. The hotel also suits for reduced mobility (not sure for wheel chairs)

The only thing that was missing was to have the possibility to eat lunch snacks in the hotel/beach bar, that can save time and effort finding food for the kids

The pool area was very clean and inviting and your only a stone throw away from the beach. Your a 5 minutes walk from the very central part of sarande were you have all the bars and restaurants with a lovely chilled vibe

There is a little shop directly opposite hotel or you can grab all your basic needs and a slightly bigger one two minute walk away

The Elvis bar is a must visit especially on a Saturday night, A big thumbs up from us and we will definitely be back again

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Overall a very good stay. Close to the beach, beds comfortable, good breakfast selection, clean and location good. Areas for improvement - tv reception and tv settings.

Bed was very comfortable and had a great view off the balcony. The room was on the smaller side but sufficient for our three night stay
