The hotel was generally very nice. The cleanliness, prices, and location were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a price–performance hotel. The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. We had a great week at Kompleks Joni! The staff were very friendly and welcoming — even our dog was treated with kindness by everyone. We were so happy with our stay! They managed to give us a room with an amazing view, and the staff – Paolien, Daisy, Limon, Jason, and another night staff member – were all incredibly friendly and service-minded. We had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Sarandë. The hygiene was at a very high level, and we had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. Newly renovated, comfortable rooms with great ocean views, strong AC, delicious breakfast options, very clean! Jimmy (the owner) was so nice and helpful, he made our stay great! He took us to Blue Eye for a fair price and also to the bus station because we had big suitcases. We enjoyed our stay!

Deffinetly reccommend this hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 2 days, but wish I could have stayed longer as it exceeded my expectations . The hotel is a family business, mainly run by two owners who care very much about making the guests feel comfortable and carefree.
