Stunning. Just stunning. Good food. Very friendly service. I love this place. So easy going and laid back. Would love to return one day. Our room was spectacular.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers. The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them.

If you want a quiet and pleasant vacation, this is the perfect place. We loved this hotel. Superb location. Easy beach access. The rooms have amazing views. We stayed at the top floor penthouse and it was well equipped with all amenities. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. The young lady attendant was a bit rude and seemed tobe annoyed with everything.

The hotel was generally very nice. The cleanliness, prices, and location were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a price–performance hotel. The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. Also, the breakfast was the same every morning, so some variation would be a nice improvement.

We had a great week at Kompleks Joni! The staff were very friendly and welcoming — even our dog was treated with kindness by everyone. We were so happy with our stay! They managed to give us a room with an amazing view, and the staff – Paolien, Daisy, Limon, Jason, and another night staff member – were all incredibly friendly and service-minded. We loved staying at this hotel in June of 2023. It's extremely clean, quiet, nice location and very friendly staff. The beach was steps away, a lot of stores and restaurants around. Breakfast was included. They had a variety of things to eat. Parking and Wifi are free. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

For us, this hotel was a disappointment. We felt that the photos don’t fully match reality. The carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms is just horrible, the walls are poorly finished, and the silicone around the bathroom sinks gives a dirty impression. We stayed at the Santa Quaranta for two nights in late February on a visit from Greece. We were probably the only guests in staying at the hotel at the time and were very well looked after!. None of the 3 restaurants are open during the winter. Was part of the reason I went with a resort. Its not close to any restaurants so had to drive again defeating the purpouse of a resort. The room isn't fancy for the money wouldnt classify as 4 stars. Elevator only goes up to 7th floor so you have to carry your bags the rest of the way. Small 4 person elevator thats hard to get to. The hotel is run by an old Albanian couple. The hotel is located 17 mins walk away from the beach via a main road. so it’s not a beach front hotel as advertised on booking.com. The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. Small hotel with no other guests at the same time as our group. High season had not yet started, so the pool bar was closed. The receptionist was really friendly and spoke good English. Location ok. Be careful with the shower, it only has cold or hot water. Apparently a feature. I wouldn't travel here with children. The hotel is located high up and there are steep stairs down to the beach.

The room had an excellent view to the ocean. The property has been recently renovated in parts and was impressively clean (not only room but also the surroundings). The pool was full at of May, and we really enjoyed it! I definitely recomend it. Value for money!

Okay Overall we had a good stay and the staff was nice but the main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. But the pool was drained and it didnt have a view (which i thought it would have). Very different from the showed pictures. Our room really needed a refurbished. When we arrived they said we were not allowed to use the kitchen when clearly the description said we could. No cookware available. After speaking with reception they agreed to give us 3 glasses and forks and only one pot.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast is lovely and hotel staff are lovely - especially the girl during the day who speaks very good english. Beach towel was good! The hotel is far from town so needed to take taxis and they were not cheap. The hotel staff at other hours do not speak english so have google translate on your phone but learning some basics like room key would be helpful.

I wouldn't class this hotel as 4 star. The standard room was pretty basic especially when it comes to the furnishings, we was given a balcony but the view was mainly of the road. Our bathroom kept flooding after taking a shower and I continuously told the receptionists but nothing was done to fix it. Housekeeping could have also done a better job with cleaning the rooms, they would take our towels...

The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.

Nicely positioned hotel, close to the best beaches in Saranda. Recently renovated, it was very clean and room was very spacious. The thing we liked the most is that it is managed by a family, thus they make you feel a part of them! Very helpful, very kind and warm people! The food menu was good, also felt like a regular breakfast you would have at home. I highly recommend!
