Stunning. Just stunning. Good food. Very friendly service. I love this place. So easy going and laid back. Would love to return one day. Our room was spectacular.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers. The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them.

If you want a quiet and pleasant vacation, this is the perfect place. We loved this hotel. Superb location. Easy beach access. The rooms have amazing views. We stayed at the top floor penthouse and it was well equipped with all amenities. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. The young lady attendant was a bit rude and seemed tobe annoyed with everything.

The hotel was generally very nice. The cleanliness, prices, and location were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a price–performance hotel. The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. The hotel is run by an old Albanian couple. The hotel is located 17 mins walk away from the beach via a main road. so it’s not a beach front hotel as advertised on booking.com. Came here from US. Amazing location walkable from the ferry port. The hospitality was great! I think it was a family owned hotel. Everyone was super accommodating and helped us to our rooms. The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.

We loved staying at this hotel in June of 2023. It's extremely clean, quiet, nice location and very friendly staff. The beach was steps away, a lot of stores and restaurants around. Spacious, clean room with a lovely view; higher floors are preferable. The restaurant is rather dreary, the outdoor facilities need renovation, and there's a general lack of maintenance outside.

Great to have the use of a pool and loungers on the sea front. Conveniently located. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

For us, this hotel was a disappointment. We felt that the photos don’t fully match reality. The carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms is just horrible, the walls are poorly finished, and the silicone around the bathroom sinks gives a dirty impression. It was great stay . Bed and pillows are very comfortable , sorroundings are clean , staff are very nice and always with smile and hospitable . We really have great stay. Very nice ocean infront and bar they have . We will surely come back again .

The location was excellent, just a quick walk into the harbour area of Saranda, and the sea is just at the front of the hotel, I loved diving into it off their private pier. The location is perfect, easy to find. The beach is very quiet and relaxing and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. It’s very, very clean. The food and service is amazing and all of the staff is very kind :)
