Stunning. Just stunning. Good food. Very friendly service. I love this place. So easy going and laid back. Would love to return one day. Our room was spectacular.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers. The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them.

If you want a quiet and pleasant vacation, this is the perfect place. We loved this hotel. Superb location. Easy beach access. The rooms have amazing views. We stayed at the top floor penthouse and it was well equipped with all amenities. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. The young lady attendant was a bit rude and seemed tobe annoyed with everything.

The hotel was generally very nice. The cleanliness, prices, and location were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a price–performance hotel. The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. Also, the breakfast was the same every morning, so some variation would be a nice improvement.

We had a great week at Kompleks Joni! The staff were very friendly and welcoming — even our dog was treated with kindness by everyone. The private beach made our stay even more relaxing, perfect for a quiet vacation. Can't forget to mention our balcony view, it was breathtaking during sunset and by night. We were so happy with our stay! They managed to give us a room with an amazing view, and the staff – Paolien, Daisy, Limon, Jason, and another night staff member – were all incredibly friendly and service-minded. Very different from the showed pictures. Our room really needed a refurbished. When we arrived they said we were not allowed to use the kitchen when clearly the description said we could. The hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast is lovely and hotel staff are lovely - especially the girl during the day who speaks very good english. Beach towel was good! The hotel is far from town so needed to take taxis and they were not cheap. The hotel staff at other hours do not speak english so have google translate on your phone but learning some basics like room key would be helpful.

I wouldn't class this hotel as 4 star. The standard room was pretty basic especially when it comes to the furnishings, we was given a balcony but the view was mainly of the road. Our bathroom kept flooding after taking a shower and I continuously told the receptionists but nothing was done to fix it. We loved staying at this hotel in June of 2023. It's extremely clean, quiet, nice location and very friendly staff. The beach was steps away, a lot of stores and restaurants around. The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.

All the way from Australia we loved our stay here! The staff were lovely, the pool was perfect temperature with a gorgeous view over the beach. The room was so clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a great location away from the main busy parts of Sarandë. 100% recommend!

I am here for 3 days and I can say that, everything is perfect. The hotel is very beautiful and the food is very good. The guys from staf very friendly and daily the rooms are cleaned.
