Amazing! Definitely better than we hoped for. We were shown a spotless room with marble tiles and an amazing view from our balcony. The beach is absolutely wonderful with the best lounge chairs I have seen, for free. Great service from the bar. Such amazing hospitality and location was stunning, especially for sunset. Surrounded by great resturants and a Spar nearby. The host was AMAZING and so so helpful! This is a super cute place right on the beach. I don’t know what parking is like, it was a little tricky getting in there with a car. Each room comes with an umbrella on a small beach. Breakfast is provided for free. The room was clean, bright comfortable. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed it immensely and would return! It is walkable to the ferry to Corfu, lots of diners, cafe, shops.

Stayed here for four nights with my daughter Lovely clean hotel. The room was spotless with a nice kitchen area And a good view from the balcony. The staff were really nice Who sorted taxis out for us The hotel is situated on a hill which wasn't a problem for us I would certainly stay here again

Only came here for the pool and sunbeds. 3000 Lek for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella is to much. The pool was dirty almost every day and there was not enough water to filter the water. The kids pool is to deep and not closed of to the adult pool. The bar is playing loud albanian music all day so don't expect to have a calm day. The food is ok at the restaurant. The kids playground is nice.

Great Hotel for the value. Must be off season but the price was extremely low for the service which was provided. Helpful staff, clean rooms which were renovated this year as they said. I booked a room with Sea View and it was a good choice. The restaurant on site served delicious food with lower prices than the neighbourhood ones. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay! Incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Tasty breakfast, clean rooms, view from the balcony was amazing. Near the restaurant and the bus station, the beach was only a 5 min walk away, and the hotel has a restaurant with low prices for the area. Highly recommend!

This hotel looked very fresh, the room was very spacious. Nice toilet, fridge ( that was broken and was leaking water), small tv and nice King size bed and 1 extra bed. Tired and very hungry we went into this smart looking hotel and enquired about eating. A very pleasant young man showed us the menu with what seemed to be the usual fare so we decided to give it a go. We stayed 12 days at the hotel . All the hotel staff was fantastic, helpful and incredibly familiar, always smiling and cute for any thing. Turned up without a booking in the off season at Sarande. Mainstream car rental offices unmanned and locked. Within 30 minutes driving out. Car was old but drove well and had plenty of pull. Drop off uneventful. Cheap and efficient. Met the owner, nice guy. Highly recommended.

The price is not low, the price-performance ratio is not high, the room facilities are too basic, and the breakfast is too unpalatable. These are the biggest "mistakes" of this trip.

Good tour though if i were to do it again i would suggest getting the smaller boats near the coast of Saranda that tend to visit more places than 3 places that the larger boats tend to go.

I wouldn't class this hotel as 4 star. The standard room was pretty basic especially when it comes to the furnishings, we was given a balcony but the view was mainly of the road. Our bathroom kept flooding after taking a shower and I continuously told the receptionists but nothing was done to fix it. Average stay, hotel offering a spacious room for a family and parking. It is not located in the central part of the seafront so to eat at the Clow point you have to walk or settle for restaurants near the hotel. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed a bit in the rooms, especially the bathrooms and breakfasts with packaged croissants.

Hotel is not finished by most European standards, bathroom with exposed plumbing fitted cabinets not finished. No hairdryer as is standard.
