Stunning. Just stunning. Good food. Very friendly service. I love this place. So easy going and laid back. Would love to return one day. Our room was spectacular.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers. The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them.

The hotel is run by an old Albanian couple. The hotel is located 17 mins walk away from the beach via a main road. so it’s not a beach front hotel as advertised on booking.com. The hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast is lovely and hotel staff are lovely - especially the girl during the day who speaks very good english. Beach towel was good! The hotel is far from town so needed to take taxis and they were not cheap. The hotel staff at other hours do not speak english so have google translate on your phone but learning some basics like room key would be helpful.

The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The hotel was generally very nice. The cleanliness, prices, and location were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a price–performance hotel. The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. Also, the breakfast was the same every morning, so some variation would be a nice improvement.

We had a great week at Kompleks Joni! The staff were very friendly and welcoming — even our dog was treated with kindness by everyone. Hotel iz amazing , price is also good. Nice clean hotels amazing rooms. Our room was cleaned every day. Parking is right beside the hotel and the private beach is just stuning. The hotel crew is also amazing and friendly. I recommend the boat trip and jet ski.

We were so happy with our stay! They managed to give us a room with an amazing view, and the staff – Paolien, Daisy, Limon, Jason, and another night staff member – were all incredibly friendly and service-minded. We loved the beach, and we really appreciated having towels and bed linens provided. The room itself was a solid 10/10. Highly recommended! And all staff members who worked in the rooms❤️

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are really clean and daily cleaned by the staff. Plenty of parking available which is a great thing for everyone coming in with their own vehicle! Would absolutely recommend it to everyone in Saranda to add this place as their place to stay in the city! P.S their beach is really close and really well maintained!
