Stunning. Just stunning. Good food. Very friendly service. I love this place. So easy going and laid back. Would love to return one day. Our room was spectacular.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers. The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them.

If you want a quiet and pleasant vacation, this is the perfect place. We loved this hotel. Everything was perfect for us, the hotel location, rooms, service, food, and the private beach area which is quiet and clean, and the sea is amazing. Superb location. Easy beach access. The rooms have amazing views. We stayed at the top floor penthouse and it was well equipped with all amenities. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. The young lady attendant was a bit rude and seemed tobe annoyed with everything.

The hotel was generally very nice. The cleanliness, prices, and location were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a price–performance hotel. The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. Also, the breakfast was the same every morning, so some variation would be a nice improvement.

We had a great week at Kompleks Joni! The staff were very friendly and welcoming — even our dog was treated with kindness by everyone. The private beach made our stay even more relaxing, perfect for a quiet vacation. Can't forget to mention our balcony view, it was breathtaking during sunset and by night. We were so happy with our stay! They managed to give us a room with an amazing view, and the staff – Paolien, Daisy, Limon, Jason, and another night staff member – were all incredibly friendly and service-minded. We loved staying at this hotel in June of 2023. It's extremely clean, quiet, nice location and very friendly staff. The beach was steps away, a lot of stores and restaurants around. Breakfast was included. They had a variety of things to eat. Parking and Wifi are free. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We stayed at the Santa Quaranta for two nights in late February on a visit from Greece. We were probably the only guests in staying at the hotel at the time and were very well looked after!. The staff were very welcoming and most helpful. Thankyou for making our first visit to Albania so enjoyable. We throughly recommend staying at this hotel if you are ever in Sarande.

None of the 3 restaurants are open during the winter. Was part of the reason I went with a resort. Its not close to any restaurants so had to drive again defeating the purpouse of a resort. The room isn't fancy for the money wouldnt classify as 4 stars. Elevator only goes up to 7th floor so you have to carry your bags the rest of the way. Small 4 person elevator thats hard to get to. The hotel is run by an old Albanian couple. The hotel is located 17 mins walk away from the beach via a main road. so it’s not a beach front hotel as advertised on booking.com. I recently stayed at Mediterrane Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. All the way from Australia we loved our stay here! The staff were lovely, the pool was perfect temperature with a gorgeous view over the beach. The room was so clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a great location away from the main busy parts of Sarandë. 100% recommend!

I am here for 3 days and I can say that, everything is perfect. The hotel is very beautiful and the food is very good. The guys from staf very friendly and daily the rooms are cleaned. If you stay on this hotel, you have private beach with sunbeds included and towel for the pool and beach, all these in the price that you paid.

Very clean, newly refurbished, daily cleaning, spacious. Local to amenities, beachclubs. Ideal spot for everything at Sarande. Only recommendation: breakfast was very poor. Not many options. Presentation wasn't very great so not appealing. Also balcony walls were darkened and levelled at eye level so it was annoying. Can't see out and chairs not comfortable so wasn't convenient sitting at balcony...

There was a lot of noise from the main road all night. In the pictures there was a rooftop breakfast/bar on the 4th floor, but it was closed and was being used by the cleaning staff.

Many Albanian Hotels are a mix between simple apartments and some areas (rooms, breakfast area, etc) that look like a Hotel. The Hotel is rated four stars, but mainly it's tourist apartments with some tidy rooms. One elevator. Almost no reception. Very calm in October (i don't know about the summer). In October only a couple of bar and restaurant open nearby cause the tourist season is over.
