I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Saranda! The rooms were perfectly clean and cleaned every single day – spotless. The place is quiet and very peaceful, ideal for resting. The location is perfect, close to the city and everything you need. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came to this hotel with a group of 19 people for two nighrs and each and every one had a great stay. The rooms are super clean and the breakfast fantastic. The owners an orthodox husband and wife who have worked very hard to open this hotel and work very hard to make it work. We really would recommend you to stay here if you want to support the honest hard working locals/natives of Saranda.

I wolud recommend this hotel for everyone who's coming to Sarandë. Close to the beach, amazing view from balcony, hotel was super clean, always scented, owners were friendly and very hardworking people who strive to make hotel even better. Room was cleaned every single day and that's big plus for me.

The hotel is very nice! We had a wonderful room, with great view. In the first morning we asked for a coffee, and the lady owner gave us one for free like welcoming from her! It was very nice. She cleans very good the room, the bathroom is big and nice. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and shops.

Everything was wonderful. The view of Saranda at night was a real relaxation, also the cleanliness of the hotel was super. The breakfast had a lot of variety of choices with a perfect taste. The owner was kind and available for everything. I fully recommend it

I visited Hilltop Heaven with my sister in August mid season and i can definitely say it was the best decision i ever made! The road was a bit uphill but it was accessible even with a sportive car its not bumpy just uphill. Very very nice place, nice hotel , clean rooms , great and kind staff. It is on the top of the hill, so you need a car to get there , taxi is bit expensive. There is beautiful view over the area, a lot of privacy , novady around, was the best choice , very recommend 😊

The couple who own the place were really welcoming and made sure to help us out with even minute things like a charging plug. The road to the hotel is steep and scary but the views are definitely worth it all. Recommended to enjoy the sunset from the sea view room.

Hotel Real Sarandë exceeded my expectations! The staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were squeaky clean every day, and breakfast was on point! Great hotel 2 steps away from the promenade and the harbour. The staff is going out of their way to help and the breakfast is amazing! There’s AC in the bedrooms and a few parking spots in a street at the back of the hotel. Would recommend 100%

Came here from US. Amazing location walkable from the ferry port. The hospitality was great! I think it was a family owned hotel. Everyone was super accommodating and helped us to our rooms. Later when we needed the bus to Vlorë one of the men walked us up to the bus stop! The rooms were super clean, quiet, and good AC! The only thing it lacked was faster WiFi.

The hotel is good located, but have in mind that the rooms are very small, you can not pass through the room without hitting somewhere. There are no shower curtains and you make flow when you shower and also when you splash water in toilet then your water pressure in shower is cut for 3-4 minutes while it fills the tank. But the owners are very helpful and kind, no complaining about them.

Very pleasant experience - owner was very hospitable. Nice and clean with an excellent view of the Ionian. Good location near an excellent range bars of bars and restaurants. Slept very well as the room was nicely air conditioned and the beds were comfortable.
