This hotel is run by a family who truely enjoys having guests staying at their well kept hotel. They are always very attentive and it feels more like you are visiting their home than staying at a hotel. The location is also perfect with the pebble beaches just a few steps away and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby.

The hospitality that the husband and wife that own this hotel give is impeccable. It's clean and comfortable. The beds put you right to sleep after a day full of adventure in Sarandë. Next time I come, I'm staying here again. It's so close to the water, very convenient, and extremely fairly priced.

Perfect very affordable property, could NEVER get the same quality in Canada. Service outstanding, polite and seamless. The condition of the property was incredible compared to places in Canmore where I have stayed and paid 4-6 times the amount that aren’t even close to this nice.

Nice hotel, fantastic location - central to bars, restaurants, beach, transport links etc. Does a fantastic breakfast also. Due to central location, it is quite noisy from surrounding bars until about midnight but after that quiets down. Would stay again.

Centrally located hotel near the Saranda promenade. Rooms are simple, but clean. The port is just a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was good, too, with fresh fruits.

Such amazing hospitality and location was stunning, especially for sunset. Surrounded by great resturants and a Spar nearby. The host was AMAZING and so so helpful! She also put up a happy birthday sign as I'd mentioned in my booking that it has recently been my birthday. The breakfast was a great spread too!

A very good choice! Considering the cost as well! Paid 300€ for 5 nights! Very clean! Little noisy because of the location but convenient if you want to move between Ksamil and Sarandë!

A nice hotel in a quiet location for those who prefer a quiet stay. The rooms are charming, with a lovely balcony (the mattress might need replacing because it was very soft), parking, and breakfast included. Just a few minutes from the beach.

Hotel is new, room is huge and staff is super kind and helpful. Position of the hotel is strategic, towards a Ksamil and not far from Sarandë but away from the traffic jams of both cities. Affordable prices, rooms in excellent condition, cleaned daily, sheets changed regularly. There is free parking space. Nice breakfast considering the small restaurant/cafeteria. Very nice and helpful owners. The beach is 5 min walk from here, downside is that the river flows into the sea there and the water is cold, but there are many beautiful beaches a few minutes away with car on the road to Ksamil

Blow dryer not working, shower pressure was low. Rest the experience was okay.

This hotel is very clean very friendly and helpful staff . Most definitely value for money . The rooms are modern and very clean . They are cleaned every single day . Very nice small hotel. Extremely clean rooms, they clean and change everything you need daily. Big balconies, very nice breakfast, good views from the rooms. Good location, not loud, a lot of places for food and shops around it. Around 20min from the city center by walking.

The Hotel is in a secondary street with a lot of parking for the guests. A lot of restaurants you can reach in a couple of minutes on foot. The rooms are clean. We had a Little problem with the pos and the credit card but the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfasts vary from day to day

Stopped in for dinner and drinks - the sushi is amazing, very delicious! We got 8 plates and shared between 5, every plate was delicious but the salmon dragon roll was the best. Service is a little slow - it took a while for drinks and food to come out. The sunset view is amazing.

The couple who own the place were really welcoming and made sure to help us out with even minute things like a charging plug. The road to the hotel is steep and scary but the views are definitely worth it all. Recommended to enjoy the sunset from the sea view room.

Came here from US. Amazing location walkable from the ferry port. The hospitality was great! I think it was a family owned hotel. Everyone was super accommodating and helped us to our rooms. Later when we needed the bus to Vlorë one of the men walked us up to the bus stop! The rooms were super clean, quiet, and good AC! The only thing it lacked was faster WiFi.

The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people.
