Yacht Hotel in Vlore

Absolute 1 for the service. From the time we arrived at the hotel they tried to fool us. They do not charge you over booking because they want you to pay them cash. Game called “Our card terminal is broken” they pulled on the couple before us didn’t worked on us because i payed attention to what the recepcionist was doing. Room was an absolute disaster. Not cleaned, dusty floors, hair leftover under shower. Second day we’ve got colony of ants on the floor and the way how the staff dealed with that is an absolute horror. It took them more than 3 hours to get a bug spray and solve this. And whole lot of arguing too. After that nobody came to the room to clean those dead ants. Breakfast. Child size portion with no possibility to choose. Picture says it all. If you were alergic to eggs, well that’s your problem. After our ants incident they didn’t even bother to heat up those old croissants. Coffe? No way, you have to fight for it.

I ordered a fried seafood platter, the shrimps were amazing and full of flavor, the octopus was also full of flavor and great texture. In contrast the other half of the dish tasted like rubber wasnt nice it was a type of fish hard to chew not well cooked. The dish cost 2500 lek/ 22 euros approx. Value for money way overpriced for what I received.
Needless to say I left hungry and looking for another restaurant after writing this review. They also charged us for the water without asking and asked for tips afterwards.
