Hotel Partner in Vlore

Some rooms are modern and good others appear ex-Soviet and diabolically bad- these are at the back of the hotel. Reception staff are OK but not particularly friendly. OK if want sea and lungomare. Far from Old Town. Would not want to stay again

I really didn't like this hotel. I didn't find the beds and pillows comfortable. We only had 1 towel per person and when we asked for more (so we could have one each for our hair) we had to justify why, then they said we'd have to come and collect them as they didn't have enough staff. Really there should be enough towels in the room to start with. We reported our safe broken, it was never fixed during our stay. Really just felt like everything was too much for them. The breakfast was poor, lots of sweet cakes and pastries and drinks that were just sugary and sweet. I also don't like when a hotel advertising facilities then charges guests to use them, additional fees for the gym, 2-hour cap on swimming pool etc. Despite the tap water not being drinkable the hotel doesn’t give any complementary water in the rooms. When we checked out they tried to charge us for the water in the mini bar that we hadn’t touched (we used the shop right opposite). The location is good for the marina with a stroll to the old town apart from that I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
