Regina City Hotel in Vlore

I would like to give a better rating, but unfortunately, after my week-long stay, I cannot. First of all, I want to highlight the receptionist and the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job – the rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed regularly. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.

The service on the hotel rooftop made me feel like I was more of a nuisance than a guest, with staff paying more attention to their mobile phones than to customers. Guests with the all-inclusive package were practically invisible. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food – during the entire stay (8 days), I only had a warm meal once. Everything else was served cold, as if it had been standing out for hours, even when I arrived right at the start of service. Hygiene was another serious issue – all participants of our trip experienced stomach problems, and I myself was still unwell even four days after returning home.

To the owners of Regina Group: I strongly recommend replacing the hotel manager. The current one clearly overlooks fundamental issues within the hotel. A competent manager would take action, ensure improvements, and create an environment where guests feel welcome and are happy to return. I understand that working in hospitality is not easy, but throughout the entire stay, it seemed that the staff did not enjoy their work. Nowhere else have I ever encountered such an attitude.
