Hotel Naudi Boutique Adults Only in Soldeu

I have been staying in Soldeu on holiday with my family and was a walk in customer at hotel naudi for a drink in the late afternoon. I walked in with a pram (and baby) + a 4 year old, so was obviously a family customer from the moment I entered the building. I was not aware on entering, that this was an adult only hotel. I have subsequently been told that this is the case but they accept children into the restaurant/bar. From the outside the bar looked inviting and there was nothing written or verbally communicated to this respect. We ordered nibbles and drinks and spent nearly fifty euros. The staff were completely objectionable and treated us like dirt from the moment we sat down. My children were beautifully behaved, no shouting, no loud noise, no crying and one waitress in particular (Carla) told off my 4 year old for hiding behind a couple of pillows. I completely respect having adult only spaces (and enjoy them myself on occasion!) so if this hotel will not tolerate children, even very well behaved ones, then they need to make the bar and restaurant ‘adult only’. I would happily and respectfully have left if this had been communicated to me on entering. To their credit, the manager came to speak to me and apologised for the experience which I appreciated greatly. He also partially refunded our bill. I will however not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel to others.
