The room was great, and Grandma even made dinner for us and called us to eat.

I stayed for 3 days in this guest house. It is like home. Very quiet , neat and clean sequre for stay. I meet the owener Hobo. He was very friendly and kind person. Rooms are like Five star hotel. Very thoughtfull home like interior that makes you feel at home. Cooking space is great.
I reccomand it for family and solo traveler even best for long stay.

It's located a bit outside the city, you have to drive in. There's parking, it looks safe, clean, and okay. The room is spacious, has a sofa, a bidet, and a window with a view (but the building around there seems to be some unfinished construction). There's a kitchen and a place to eat. There's a garden in the living area. You can park in front of the accommodation. The manager is attentive and gives good advice. You can pay with a card, but he prefers to pay in cash.

I extended my stay the next day, and that's when the problems started. I think the cleaning staff needs to learn how to communicate with guests. They shouldn't say things like, "You paid this much, so you get this much service," or "What country are you from?" and they were all so impatient.

Simply put, this is a rural guesthouse, far from the city center. You need to take the subway, then a minibus, and then walk for 20 minutes, or take a taxi for 600 yuan. More importantly, staying in such a place creates a sense of isolation. The staff are volatile; there are good points, but they can also suddenly change their attitude. She probably doesn't enjoy serving others. Even their dog seems to be selective about who it serves.

I recommend the hotel - great host, clean, spacious, the room has a shower and air conditioning. There are tables in the yard - you can sit. It's 20-30 minutes to the center, Yandex taxi is only 300-400 rubles =)

Very nice guesthouse. QUIET room with air conditioning. High-speed internet without problem, TV with YouTube and all kinds of programs. The room is very nice, recently renovated and modern. The bathroom is pleasant, with multifunctional shower, toothpaste with toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel and towels available. We enjoyed the Armenian coffee every day in the courtyard of the hotel. You can cook, wash and iron, everything is at your disposal. You can even have a barbecue in the courtyard. Parking is free. I am satisfied and I recommend it.

Haya Guesthouse is a newly built house. The room is big, clean and since it is newly built, the furniture, TV, fridge, A/C etc are all in excellent condition. I love the shower particularly. There is also a kitchen attached to the building where you could cook or store your groceries. Moreover, iron is provided. The place has a lovely garden and seats outdoor where you could chill. The house mates are kind and friendly too. The owner Havick and Anush are very helpful and friendly. It is located on a hill away from the noise of the traffic. You can get fresh clean air. The only issue I had was that it is located quite far from the city center. It takes about 30 mins. If you have a car or are willing to take a Yandex taxi, go for it.
