It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

A pleasant hotel in a picturesque, quiet location. It was very warm in the house in mid-October. The hostess was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. She answered all my questions in great detail. The breakfast was magnificent. I'm attaching a photo of my breakfast. Thank you so much for the varied, filling, and excellent breakfast. Everything was delicious. It was very clean. The bed linens and towels were spotless. The room was spacious. Good internet. An excellent guesthouse.

The guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, picturesque place. Not far from the bus stop. Very hospitable hosts. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The rooms are clean. We really liked the breakfasts. We liked everything very much.

We stayed for 6 days. The flight was rescheduled and we had to check in very early, the hostess of the house - Gayone, greeted us very warmly.
She showed us around, settled us in, answered all our questions. She advised us where to have lunch, where to go and helped us book a cheap transfer to Yerevan. Special thanks to the hostess for the gorgeous homemade breakfasts! And cheese and matsoni and vegetables and fruits. Always a different main dish. And she made Armenian coffee for us at our request. It was as if we had come to visit our grandmother in the village. I recommend this guest house.

Beautiful garden with a great view
The website doesn't do the hotel justice. Really beautiful view and a nice garden. The landlord was incredibly nice and sent us off with the best breakfast.

Friendly welcome with Google translation, swimming pool available. Light breakfast and to be paid immediately and very very uncomfortable bedding! Quite disappointed overall
