I had best experience in this guest house. everything is a piece of art. comfy and super friendly staff. if you are a group of friends just try it as the garden is good for BBQ and night gathering.

This is a small guesthouse with a fairly convenient location that allows you to walk to the center of Yerevan. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. You can use the washing machine in the shared bathroom (there was also a bathroom in the room). The breakfasts were magnificent. They don't vary much day-to-day, but every morning they serve so much that we didn't get tired of them over a week. Breakfast is served in a communal table format for all guests.
The only inconvenient detail: every time you return to the guesthouse, you need to ring the doorbell.

This was our first trip to this beautiful country. We were greeted graciously from the door, setting the mood for the entire vacation. The owner of the house, Arpine, prepared a cozy room with all the amenities and a colorful view of the yard, where you could see the family dog, who delighted with her appearance every morning. Delicious and hearty breakfasts filled us with energy for the whole day, which allowed us to discover the beauty of Yerevan without unnecessary stops. They always came to meet us. Helped with finding an exchanger and transfer. On days when we had early trips planned, breakfast was packed for us on the road or served early. It is worth noting the cleanliness of the rooms and pleasant bed linen, on which you could rest well and gain strength for the next day.

This place is amazing, if you are in doubt about booking it just go for it! Simple but comfy and cozy! The host is the best host ever! We arrived very early (8am) and the room was occupied but she let us stay comfortable in the living room and gave us free breakfast!! The breakfast is amaaazing full of options with a good variety of fruits and it changes everyday! 15min walking from metro and vernissage. Rooms are basic but comfortable (ac, private bathroom, mini fridge and hair dryer)! Super recommend the place!

In a lovely local area with the centre still accessible by foot. Very clean and extremely hospitable! Would definitely recommend.
