Very clean place with the dining room, fridge, coffee and sweets. The room was spacious, comfortable mattress, TV, AC, big washroom/shower. The room had a spacious balcony. The owner Tigran is so generous and friendly, always happy to support. The payment can be done by card.
Perfect location, 15 minutes walk to the central square. Very close to supermarket Carrefour, Food court with delicious food.

A super place! A very hospitable and caring owner. A spacy tea and coffee lounge. A creek beneath the room balcony. Many thanks for the stay!

It's ok here. A little dated, but the location is very quiet if you have a room facing the small river.
Staff are lovely and friendly.
It's about 10 to 15 minute walk to republic sq, in one straight road. It's better to stay here as other places are very loud.

Nice and clean guest house with good sized rooms down a quiet back street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Republic Square. Owners are really nice and helpful even thought we did not speak the same language.
