Quiet, comfortable, and undisturbed – thumbs up! Service and cleanliness were lacking! It's relatively close to the city center, which is good! However, there's not much to do.

Absolutely delighted with both the room and the caring attitude towards guests, which was evident right away. To begin with, just a few minutes after booking, the hotel owner called on WhatsApp to clarify our arrival time, gave directions on how best to get to the place, and left the contact details of the employee who would be waiting for us on the day of arrival.
When we arrived, they checked us in right away, showed us everything, and answered all our questions.
The room was clean, the furniture was new, and it was quiet all around. In general, it was an ideal place!
I want to give this hotel the best recommendations: book without hesitation! This is a great place and wonderful people!

The overall experience is very good, the accommodation room is large and cheap, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. Gyumri is a warm city. Since it is not big, it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi. I like it very much.
