A wonderful place! Everything was perfect. We stayed in a standard room, where dressing gowns were not provided, but the hotel kindly gave them to us upon request. The restaurant had live music, and the food was excellent—even offering sushi and other delicious options. Thank you so much for the amazing atmosphere and excellent service!

I was in Amberd with my friend and we really enjoyed the location and hotel. But I have been in many countries and this is the first place that coffee in is for extra charge during breakfast. The hotel is very comfortable with clean spacious rooms, has indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool is open in the winter season. Our room was just beside the indoor pool and it was very convenient to go to the pool and than take a bath in our room. Very clean and spacious hotel. There is a wall around and many security cameras. Shower is nice. Water pressure is medium. Hot water is perfect. Breakfast is quite good with a variety of jams, cheese, sausages, breads and drinks. Great is: There is a Russian Billard table, table tennis and chess tables available. Excellent WiFi is available except in the rooms.

Good location, clean hotel. However they don't speak English or German, despite having the clocks for different cities in the hotel foyer such as Paris, New York and London.

The hotel is a new boutique hotel, the restaurant is better but the hotel doesn't have "a good" service as in general we do have in Armenia. Everything is connected to the electricity so we hadn't electricity and water for a few hours. Nobody was sorry or was in charge.

I went here for lunch after visiting Echmiadzin Cathedral and it was superb. The food was the best I had in Armenia and the service exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting Armenia and only regret not being able to stay at the hotel!

I am very lucky to found out this great place in the religious center of Armenia, Vagharshapat. The restaurant building has an ancient history, its just renovated and became a lovely place. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the Echmiadzin Church. But there is a very bad problem, the agent is a liar. The single beds in the hotel are only 80cm, but the agent lied and said they were 1.3m beds. After checking in, I found out and couldn't contact the agent. Ctrip finally refunded the money. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but the agent is very dishonest.

We book this hotel not for the first time, very satisfied. Cleanliness, silence. Very friendly staff. We arranged a late check-out. There is something to see around the hotel, monuments of Armenia. Many shops and cafes near the hotel. Taxi to the airport, 16 minutes drive.

Very minimum weight & seat of the bicycle spoilt in the gym. Location a little bit far from city centre. Helpful & friendly staff.

Low customer focus at high cost of living (I saw how a girl was denied a sun lounger, even though the weather allowed for a comfortable stay in the pool area. This is a new and modern hotel. It is very beautiful inside and very clean. The staff at the reception was too “serious” and never smile. Only the blond guy was very kind and smiling and always available to help. The breakfast should definitely be improved. The backyard was dirty.

The hotel is located 3 minutes drive from the airport, convenient for overnight transit, airport transfer is included in the price, everything is clear and fast. Very close to the airport, free airport pick-up. The hotel owner is very welcoming. Although the room facilities are simple, they are quite clean and suitable for transit or stay. The price is affordable and there is breakfast, which is really good.

Used before the early flight. You have to ring the bell to ask to enter this place. Near from the airport and airport shuttle service is available 24 h. The room is spacious and I liked the very cute cat in the premise. Well worth the price.
