It's clean, and they're there 24/7.
The room was cold. The air conditioner was on for warmth upon arrival, but it blew upward. The radiator downstairs didn't help much. The beds were quite cold, so we slept in our clothes, which is a problem in winter.
Breakfast was on time in the morning, but for us, it wasn't much. Maybe that's just subjective.
