A warm welcome
Late check-in and my plane was delayed, I booked a taxi and the driver was waiting for me and called. Everything worked out well. Had a nice chat with the hotel owner and she helped my find my way to the city and booked a taxi for me.
The room was comfortable and clean and she asked how long I wanted to sleep after the late check-in in the night and I just could sleep in and she made coffee.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning to be told in Russian that our room was flooded and our booking cancelled - an utter nightmare -avoid .
