+ The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming although English language is somewhat poor but they tried to help as much as they could. Location is very good. You can reach the city center by taxi in 10 minutes and there is a good big mall very near to the hotel. Cleanlines is very good.
- The bed mattress and pillows are too soft so that they were not comfortable. Also the front desk couldn’t provide suitable tours with good English language driver. They tried but the language of the driver was the barrier.

The hotel is really great. Staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast is also good. Definitely will come back there.

Good hotel - great pillows (indeed, not every hotel can boast of good pillows), always fresh towels, acceptable cleaning. For two days, the bathroom smelled of sewerage, apparently the drain was not made in such a way that sometimes there was a smell. We opened the window in the bathroom, it helped. The breakfasts are not bad(also good), coffee was brewed at the request, which was very nice :))) Once, they even allowed us to come for breakfast early, since we were leaving on a long journey. The staff at the hotel are friendly and willing to help. Friends advised this hotel - not so far from the center, it is convenient to drive by car, normal entry. There is a small construction site nearby, but it did not interfere at all. You can put 3 for the location, but a taxi to the center costs 1300 AMD (business), so you can put 4+. I would like to come back here again :) thanks to the hotel :)

+ The room was tidy and clean when we checked in. Also it was cleaned up every day. The staff was hospitable and friendly. Morning breakfast is also quite good.
- The windows didn't close tightly.

We highly recommend this hotel! The staff, the director, the receptionist-I mean: EVERYONE, is kind, supportive, helpful and super friendly. The rooms are comfy and nice. The hotel offers a big swimming pool, a really good place to relax and have a swim in the hot summer. The location is also good: the hotel is near to the important Museum of Armenian Genocide, there is a big shopping mall in the neighbourhood and with a five-minute taxi ride you can reach the beautiful Erevan centre. Five stars!

Fantastic hotel! We had a great stay here and would really recommend it.

The staff were super friendly And so helpful in sorting out all our requests - from checking in early, doing laundry or arranging a tour. This was true for every single member of staff - the manager, all the receptionists and the security team. Everyone was smiling and very keen to help. The service from staff was 5 star standard.

The hotel is brand new and everything is kept very clean and tidy. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool - definitely a bonus in hot Yerevan.
