We stayed in Hotel Orbeli with my husband from 23 to 26 Nov 2025 (through Holiday Factory). We had a great experience! Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean. The distance to the center is just about 20 mins walk, lots of groceries and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is variety, I even ordered for an egg omelette. We enjoyed it. This hotel is highly recommended in Yerevan. We will stay in the same hotel when we come back. Thank you to all Staff who accommodated us - Roy and Clara

On our visit to yerevan , Armenia we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. We booked a king room which mentioned mount Ararat view, although it was not much visible. The rooms and washroom were very neat and clean with all amenities. The breakfast was pathetic with not even the basic options. We adjusted with bread and jam and cornflakes all days. The loaction of the hotel is a bit far from city centre and the republic square, but supermarkets and other shops are available just if u cross the road. Overall i enjoyed the stay. The receptionist on the first day of our stay was very helpful.

I had a lovely stay at Orbeli Hotel Yerevan. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was really nice. I truly enjoyed my time here , would love to stay again . Thank you

Cleaning suffers greatly, or rather the problem with bed linen, there is a feeling that it is not changed after other guests. We have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks and each time the same situation, black hair in the bed!

We asked to leave 3 hours later, without asking the number, they immediately said no! Which suggests that they did not want to solve the problems of customers.

As for breakfast, it was normal, there is always a hot option to choose from.

Quite a good location, but a bit far from the center. About 30-35 minutes on foot. Breakfast is poor, but there is hot food. The room is normal, but the cleaning is very bad - the bed linen was left dirty, a huge amount of hair on the bed linen and throughout the room, including the bathroom.

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.
