Best vacations, ever! Thanks to the hotel visota 1880.

We had a very pleasant stay at Visota 1880. The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a master bedroom, a small extra room for kids, and a kitchen. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Everything was perfect: cleanliness 10/10, family atmosphere and endless care, the cozy room, the food. Everything was very good. Thank you 🥰

Very good for the price . Not as idealic and nice as the pictures suggest though. In quite an ugly built up area . not in the forest of the mountains. service was great and it has everything you need for a good few day. nice staff . would recommend if you don’t mind being by a main road

The rooms and facilities were great. The concierge and reception were always helpful even if they were not immediately able to solve a problem. The guest house we stayed in was warm, well equipped, and within walking distance of the centre of Tsaghkadzor (for restaurants and shops). Recommended!

I would like to confirm whether the people contacting me are from the property management or if it's a scam. Also, why hasn’t the amount been charged directly through the Booking.com system? I paid around 100$+ per night for 4 people. I think it value for money. There is a private unit with 2 bedroom. Which is cheap in my opinion. But room is quite noisy from outside or the room next door. The service is normal in Armenia you should not expect that! Ah I forgot the bathroom is water leakage when shower the water will came out on the floor. I will remove room from 4 star to 3 star…sorry...

The hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly.The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The hotel itself is lovely. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

The property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well. The walls are very thin so it can be challenging to find peace and quiet but it’s a very cute property.

A very nice guesthouse. The hosts, Hovhannes and Svetlana, are very pleasant and welcoming. The room is cozy and warm, and the shower has good hot water pressure. Parking is available in the courtyard. Excellent location in the center of Tsaghkadzor. I highly recommend it!

We flew from California to Armenia and decided to stay at Arsans Guest House and it was truly amazing! The showers were superb and the rooms felt like home. If you want to experience Armenian hospitality, you need to visit Hovhannes and Svetlana. They greeted us warmly, showed us around, and explained everything. The room was very spacious, clean, and furnished thoughtfully and with care for its guests. It had two adult beds, a bunk bed for children, a table, two armchairs, a refrigerator, and a TV. The accommodation is very nice, beautiful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. It's brand new, and the staff are extremely helpful. They bring breakfast to the room.
