The only minor downside was the slow à la carte service at the restaurant; breakfast was decent with vegetarian-friendly options. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent rooms, great staff, and a very convenient location

It’s also near the ropeway, though I wouldn’t recommend walking there with kids - using YandexGo or asking the hotel staff for help arranging a taxi is convenient. Also, if you’re scared of dogs, taxi is a must

• Lack of "Snow Space": Despite being in a prime snowy location like Tsaghkadzor, the hotel grounds don't have a dedicated or convenient area for guests to actually play in the snow

For those who come in winter for skiing, it's very convenient. For everyone else, the hotel is located far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself is luxurious. But the breakfast is rather modest.

It was a great pleasure to have a rest in this hotel. Staff is pleasant, great food, good service. Great atmosphere! Though it is a little far from the city, it's not even a problem, because it is totally worth it!

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out

The pool was good but too many kids at the time we swam. I wish the gym was in a better shape as most of the equipment is broken and even dangerous if kids are unattended. All in all, my grade is 8 out of 10

The best place for the rest of the collective I have often rested in Tsakhkadzor, it was the best vacation. We took a three-storey house with five bedrooms, and there fit 12 adults and 5 children

This is a very special hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I suppose it was originally built and decorated in the Soviet time and probably was outright luxurious at the time. Now it is not luxurious but stylish and classy

Budget hotel with a lot of rooms. Maybe the cheapest price in Tsaghkadzor. Located near the centre. Spent there a night, when no other place was available.

The place is simple, no frills. The food is delicious, there is a transfer from the morning to the ski lift (sometimes).

It’s very cozy and close enough to the ski lift, although the climb up the mountain in the morning is tiring.

The food is tasty, but practically without meat. A chicken would appear from time to time. As for the location, it has nice views. The hotel has billiards and table tennis. Shops are about 8 minutes' walk away

The rooms are comfortable, but I would put a nightstand in the bathroom, otherwise there’s nowhere to put things when you go to shower =) The hosts made us happy, they were always ready to help us, bed linen and towels in the room were changed upon request! We were satisfied!

Next to the hotel there are other hotels and restaurants and if one of them makes noise or turns loud music on you basically can't do anything but bare it (don't call the police, it'll more likely make more problems than benefit)

Some other stuff was broken in the room and in the bathrooms. I liked that the rooms were big enough to move freely and the couches were comfortable. | Service: The service staff was very helpful and caring

The hotel is located close to the cable car - about 15 minutes on foot. Not suitable for those who come to ski - there is no place to dry clothes or leave equipment

There's a lack of tea kettle though in the rooms. The WiFi connection is pretty good in the premises. The breakfast served was awesome 😊, considering the fact that it was cooked especially for us
