Really nice and affordable (for a Mariott hotel), nice spa

The hotel in the mountains has fresh air and a classic, elegant comfort.

The location is very nice, but the only problem is the lack of room service and the fact that the rooms are quite far from reception. Breakfast was nice, but there weren't many options. The quality was good, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable with air conditioning. However, there was no bidet in the bathroom.

I went to many places, but this is the best place for skiing and it is very beautiful and it is a great hotel in the best place. I will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel.

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It also has snowmobiles in winter. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is great. It also has a great view at outside if the hotel since the hotel is on top of the hill.

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was perfect. 😌

Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do. Restaurant was also good with a different kind of dishes which were too tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.

Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.

Good location, the ropeway and restaurants in the centrum are both within walking distance. Breathtaking views close by, and the mountain flow goes next to the hotel and gives a great soundscape. The interior of the hotel is somewhat tacky, and especially the cabins have light switches in weird places, partially hard to find. The yard looks great, and is well planned. The spa and saunas are comfortable...

The hotel has a great location, next to the ski lift, the hotel itself is large and elegant. The hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful, there is a swimming pool with a sauna, a must-see))) there is a kettle and 2 bottles of water in the room, but no tea or coffee... Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we spent a day on the premises and enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. Everything was excellent, and the staff was very friendly—especially Kristina at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful. This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. Great location at the city plaza. Convenient store and restaurants are close to the hostel. Comfortable bed. It has everything you need to stay inn.

The best hotel in Tsaghkadzor! The prices were a pleasant surprise! The breakfasts were incredible! The staff is attentive, always available, and they always have everything you need! We didn't have ski boots, so they asked for our size and brought us three to choose from! Thank you! We highly recommend it!!! We'll be back!

We had a very pleasant stay at Visota 1880. The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a master bedroom, a small extra room for kids, and a kitchen. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience.
