Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Housekeeping did a great job. The room was very Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. The room was missing toothbrushes and I hope the hotel can improve on that .

We spent a weekend here and it was very nice. Fortunately we chose a no-top season and we're lucky to get a 30% discount with which our stay was small budget. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years (more than 10 visits), and I always had a positive impression. Budget hotel with a lot of rooms. Maybe the cheapest price in Tsaghkadzor. Located near the centre. Spent there a night, when no other place was available.

The hotel is very nice, with a great location close to entertainment spots. The area is beautiful and clean, and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. A great place for an affordable and complete vacation. I can't say high-class about the rooms and the building, but of course this is not a 5-star hotel either. However, the service, friendly approach and prices are justified. The food is fresh and tasty. What else do you need for complete rest?

The rooms are comfortable, but I would put a nightstand in the bathroom, otherwise there’s nowhere to put things when you go to shower =) The hosts made us happy, they were always ready to help us, bed linen and towels in the room were changed upon request! We were satisfied!

What a lovely host we have. The cabin is owned by an armenian family who is trying their best to accommodate your needs and give you the maximum comfort of your stay. Rooms are very spaceous and clean. They have prepared our fantastic breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable price, evern more than what you pay for! My wife and I stayed here in June and it was an amazing experience. The premises is full of trees and is tranquil. The staff is pleasant and hospitable. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The hotel is located close to the cable car - about 15 minutes on foot. Not suitable for those who come to ski - there is no place to dry clothes or leave equipment. I paid around 100$+ per night for 4 people. I think it value for money. There is a private unit with 2 bedroom. Which is cheap in my opinion. But room is quite noisy from outside or the room next door. The service is normal in Armenia you should not expect that! Ah I forgot the bathroom is water leakage when shower the water will came out on the floor. I will remove room from 4 star to 3 star…sorry...

The property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well. The walls are very thin so it can be challenging to find peace and quiet but it’s a very cute property.
