Every morning, the owner, Mikhail, drove us to the ski lifts for free. Hostess Karina prepared hearty breakfasts (very tasty porridge, eggs, sausages, yogurt, pie, jam, cheese, butter, bread, pita, etc
, we did not eat and took part to the afternoon snack). Many thanks to the owners for the hospitality. I recommend to stay (take rooms with views of the Kecharis Church - in the evening the view is amazing)

The hotel is small with only four rooms (two on the second floor and two on the third, on the first floor, a large dining room and a storage room for skis and snowboards)
Room is very clean, owners r very hospitable and kind, breakfast is amazing exactly Armenian healthy food Suggest to everyone Regards Mariam Hayrapetyan and Asem Asmar
) On each floor, for two rooms, there are common small kitchens (refrigerator, gas stove, sink, dishes, etc. ) Excellent internet throughout the hotel (signal, speed)

The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again
The cottage is comfortable,breakfast food was fresh. You can also bring your food,they have everything you need. Good location,few minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants
It's not only a surprise for this villa with such price!. we will recommend to friends too.
Not as idealic and nice as the pictures suggest though. In quite an ugly built up area. not in the forest of the mountains. service was great and it has everything you need for a good few day
would recommend if you don’t mind being by a main road
The property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well
