We just had a very relaxing 6 nights stay at the Tsakhadzor Marriott Hotel. The staff is caring and kind. The housekeeping does a perfect job. The food is delicious and the waiters are providing fast and friendly service. The property has a huge pool with a large jacuzzi, and a spacious and well equipped gym. We would return on next occasion.

Good to stay, excellent atmosphere, snow everywhere, continental breakfast was good, fresh food, fruits. Clean corridor, rooms, but few minor to improve, weak internet, fair english speaking floor staff. Can arrange a few contacts for any local tour. Otherwise, it's a good and nice hotel.
I enjoyed my stay with my family and will return. Everything about the hotel was high quality. The hotel has a great location and my room had the best view. From the room window, we could see Kecharis monastery and the entire sunrise. The property is huge with a range of amenities like pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. This both a boon and a bane as the room is a bit far from the reception with no shuttle service. Great hotel and facilities. The closed pool hasn’t been my favorite but still not too bad. Great massage service. Nice room including tasty breakfast. Not too far from skiing slopes, great nature surrounding. Forests very colorful during autumn.

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It also has snowmobiles in winter. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is great. It also has a great view at outside if the hotel since the hotel is on top of the hill.
It was a great pleasure to have a rest in this hotel. Staff is pleasant, great food, good service. Great atmosphere! Though it is a little far from the city, it's not even a problem, because it is totally worth it!

This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and assist. We checked other hotel around and Alva cannot be faulted.
Altough the rooms are a bit old and totally need renovation, the staff was really helpful ans friendly . The location is great it is located IN the Tsaghkadzor ski resort .
50 min from yervan, it 's a good resort for enjoying the slopes of tsakhkadzor. The food is great (chachlik and porc ribs yumy) with great service. The rooms are a bit 'old' but everything else was great. The Russian bath is a must! Without forgetting the peach ararat

Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do. Restaurant was also good with a different kind of dishes which were too tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.
Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.
Good location, the ropeway and restaurants in the centrum are both within walking distance. Breathtaking views close by, and the mountain flow goes next to the hotel and gives a great soundscape. A great place for an affordable and complete vacation. I can't say high-class about the rooms and the building, but of course this is not a 5-star hotel either. However, the service, friendly approach and prices are justified. The food is fresh and tasty. What else do you need for complete rest?
The rooms are comfortable, but I would put a nightstand in the bathroom, otherwise there’s nowhere to put things when you go to shower =) The hosts made us happy, they were always ready to help us, bed linen and towels in the room were changed upon request! We were satisfied!
The food is tasty, but practically without meat. A chicken would appear from time to time. As for the location, it has nice views. The hotel has billiards and table tennis. Shops are about 8 minutes' walk away. Opposite the hotel there is a rental shop for various equipment, such as bicycles, etc. There are various clubs.
