Really nice and affordable (for a Mariott hotel), nice spa

The hotel in the mountains has fresh air and a classic, elegant comfort.

The location is very nice, but the only problem is the lack of room service and the fact that the rooms are quite far from reception. Breakfast was nice, but there weren't many options. The quality was good, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable with air conditioning. However, there was no bidet in the bathroom.

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It also has snowmobiles in winter. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is great. It also has a great view at outside if the hotel since the hotel is on top of the hill.

Good place to stay. Nice hotel.

We stayed at the property in April 2025. It is located close to the ski resort, and the overall compound is excellent, with plenty of amenities available. The staff was very supportive, and the breakfast was decent. Area of Improvement: Parking is not available near the reception area, which made luggage transfer a bit inconvenient.

My rest in the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent meal, homemade. The servey was kind and polite. The lication is good. My recomendations are to stay here for matching price and comfort.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years (more than 10 visits), and I always had a positive impression. This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was perfect. 😌

Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do. Restaurant was also good with a different kind of dishes which were too tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.

Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.

Good location, the ropeway and restaurants in the centrum are both within walking distance. Breathtaking views close by, and the mountain flow goes next to the hotel and gives a great soundscape. The interior of the hotel is somewhat tacky, and especially the cabins have light switches in weird places, partially hard to find. The yard looks great, and is well planned. The spa and saunas are comfortable...

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

A great place for an affordable and complete vacation. I can't say high-class about the rooms and the building, but of course this is not a 5-star hotel either. However, the service, friendly approach and prices are justified. The food is fresh and tasty. What else do you need for complete rest?

The hotel is located close to the cable car - about 15 minutes on foot. Not suitable for those who come to ski - there is no place to dry clothes or leave equipment. Rather, it is for families who come to relax for the weekend. They smoke everywhere, it is impossible to hide from the smoke even in your room.

A very nice guesthouse. The hosts, Hovhannes and Svetlana, are very pleasant and welcoming. The room is cozy and warm, and the shower has good hot water pressure. Parking is available in the courtyard. Excellent location in the center of Tsaghkadzor. I highly recommend it!

We flew from California to Armenia and decided to stay at Arsans Guest House and it was truly amazing! The showers were superb and the rooms felt like home. The beds were soft and comfortable and the WiFi was extremely fast. Even better was how attentive and hospitable the hosts were! If you want to experience Armenian hospitality, you need to visit Hovhannes and Svetlana. They greeted us warmly, showed us around, and explained everything. The room was very spacious, clean, and furnished thoughtfully and with care for its guests. It had two adult beds, a bunk bed for children, a table, two armchairs, a refrigerator, and a TV. We were very pleased that there were checkers and backgammon...

Thankyou, the service was impeccable, we had a personal problem and they helped us way more than we could ever imagine. The house was spacious and clean. Thank you, we were very pleased with our experience.

Very big apart, very good for large groups, good location (3min to city, 3min to ropeway for taxi). Very helpful housekeeper Lipo. This price for best apart in Tsaghkadzor!

Good location between a city center and a rope way. A view to surrounding hills. Less than one kilometer to supermarkets and ATMs. Skiing surprisingly good despite absence of recent snowfalls due to a few skiers :-) Large villa with 5 bedrooms is good for 10 persons, not for 13. Only one bedroom with its own bathroom, others share one bathroom with two bedrooms. Order additional beds for children beforehand...

Best vacations, ever! Thanks to the hotel visota 1880.

We had a very pleasant stay at Visota 1880. The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a master bedroom, a small extra room for kids, and a kitchen. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Everything was perfect: cleanliness 10/10, family atmosphere and endless care, the cozy room, the food. Everything was very good. Thank you 🥰
