Jermuk Hotel and SPA in Jermuk

We came here to have dinner. The stuff was extremely friendly and the dishes were so tasty. There was a large variety of products and quite many salads. We are really happy that there is such a great hotel in Armenia. It would only be nice if swimming pool was a bit bigger.

I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe. She is also trained in other treatment such as bio-revitalisation, threads, fillers as well as regular facials . I highly recommend her if you are in the area.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by green and trees. When you arrive you have a consultation with a doctor who recommends based on your needs the best health procedures or treatments. The wellness center is amazing with a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and all overlooking the mountains which is breathtaking. When it comes to the full board, there is a wide variety of options for all tastes. Also I must mention the extra efforts that all the staff put into marking my stay memorable and to communicate despite the language limitation, they all went beyond specially the reception ladies and the restaurant staff.

In my opinion, Jermuk Hotel & Spa is the best hotel in Armenia. Here everyone can fully enjoy their vacation. My girlfriend և and I enjoyed every minute of our stay in this hotel. Nice area, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Thanks to everyone, especially Milena, Lusine, Khachik. In short, a great place to relax. I would recommend this hotel under the motto: Jermuk Hotel & Spa - you deserve happiness.

Positive: Beautiful location and great facilities (gym, sauna etc.). Everything very new and a perfect place to relax over looking valley and surrounding landscape.

Negatives: Food very unhealthy, which is unfortunate as it is full board. Never a 'clean' meat option available - processed or fatty varieties.

Check-out is midday. You would think they would have the spa prepared for people wanting to use facilities in the morning and take advantage of late checkout before leaving. On Saturday morning at 10am, the sauna had not even been turned on and was not warm let alone hot until 11:30am.

Card access to room was cut before check-out time. So could not get into my room at 11:45am to get my things to leave.

My family and I (2 adults , 2 kids) recently visited Jermuk hotel and spa and was pleased to see this calibre of hotel within the city of Jermuk . We initially planned to stay for 2 nights but decided to extend to 4 nights to take it all in. The hotel accommodated for all our needs , starting from basic bag service to your room , unlimited buffet dinning (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner ) , kids club (comes with adult supervision ), pool and spa facilities , outdoor play set for the kids , proper gym room, 2 X bars  and most importantly health spa treatment. I would like to particularly thank Khachik and his wife Melina for making our stay pleasent for the entire duration , especially for accommodating my needs when it came to work. Also would like to extend a thanks for Tamara from kids club for looking after the kids while my wife and I enjoyed the health treatments. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to retreat to a calm and surreal environment . You won't regret it.

Jermuk Hotel and Spa is truly a superb resort with super friendly staff providing excellent service from the moment you check in. We reserved the Luxe room with full treatment package including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa treatment provided by the hotel’s staff is truly of high quality. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet selections and their quality is flawless. The resort also has beautiful grounds where one can kick back, relax and have a nice cup of coffee or a nice drink from the loft bar. Ms. Tatev from housekeeping provided an outstanding daily service. Special thanks to Mr. Narek and Ms. Tatev for the ease of check in and checkout, Ms. Ani for physiotherapy, Ms. Hermine for hyperthermal mineral water treatment and the entire dining staff for their excellent service. Definitely, a place that we plan to return to when back in Yerevan.

Great hotel. Rooms were modern, everything was in order, bathrobe and slippers were included for the spa. You first talk to a doctor to determine which of the included health things to do. If you're generally healthy, there are only a few things offered, so I recommend being creative with the medical issues you have. There is a stairway going straight down to the waterfall of Jermuk. Swimming pool is nice, the Jacuzzi is the biggest I have seen. Food was pretty good too, they didn't cheap out on the ingredients.
