Bang for buck one of my best hotel stays on my caucusus tour. Clean, wonderfully located .. has a personal vibe to it Never managed to meet the host, who has created a little gem of a guest house as he was holidaying away at the time of my stay yet still managed to resolve an issue for me.. Diane, who makes the best flatbread breakfasts is wonderful Try it.. you'll like it

The owner Lusine & her employee Diana (cook & cleaner) are both so lovely and welcoming. They will do anything to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. I stayed in two rooms during the course of my stay and both were spacious, nicely decorated, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Cost bed and hot shower. Air-conditioning helps block some street noise and you get used to the metro passing right beneath you. Breakfast is so plentiful that you don’t need lunch. You can also access the kitchen anytime for sweets, fruit and hot drinks. They were kind enough to let me use the main fridge to keep drinks and a few perishable snacks cool. The location is ideal! You can walk everywhere you want to visit, or the metro and taxis are close.

I stayed at Azoyan Guest House for three nights from October 18th. The warm welcome from Lusine and her suggestions on what to visit and where to have lunch/dinner rival the delightful breakfast served by Diana. Here, you can taste local sweets that are strictly homemade, while also enjoying traditional Armenian hot dishes. For those who prefer, there is also a classic continental breakfast or a sweet option available. The breakfast room is open to guests 24/7, making this place feel as cozy as a true home. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the rooms are definitely very spacious (I stayed in the one furnished with brown furniture, which was very beautiful and elegant). The location is fantastic; it’s less than a minute's walk from Republic Square, yet it is situated on a very quiet side street. Considering my overwhelmingly positive experience, I plan to return again in late spring! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a wonderful time at Lucine‘s Guest House! Situated in the center of Yerevan it is absolutely quiet during the nights, it’s spotless clean and the breakfast with the help of Diana is just perfect. You really feel at home and if you ever habe a question Lucine will help you in her sympathic way within a second and nothing will be unsolved. We highly recommend her driver Tigran and also the driver up to the north of her friend, Lucine organizes it perfectly! Much luck for the future, Bibi and Martin

Not only a great location, but a welcoming and lovely guesthouse. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. 24 hour access to kitchen with coffee, tea, and treats. Lusine was extremely helpful with special requests. Was one of the many highlights of my time in Yerevan.

Small and comfy accommodation with just 3 guestrooms in the center of Jerevan. Our room was fantastic. You have access to the kitchen all the time so you have tea, coffee and water. There are always cookies, fruits etc to take. The stuff is super friendly and helpful for organise trips around Jerevan. If you go the Jerevan you should definitely stay here.

I was convinced by the excellent review of Azoyan Guest House Yerevan so I book four days with my partner. What can I say? We loved it and we are defenitely choosing Lusine and her beautiful place in the future. Even if we could not meet Lusine in person, she was very helpful with restaurants, place to visit in Yerevan and Armenia. Rooms are super confortable, clean and with a lot of extra (shampoo, cleaning kit, toothpaste, towels) that made our staying even better. Kitchen is always opened so if you need it; in the morning you will wake up by a delicious home made armenian breakfast. Guest house is super central position close to main attractions of Yerevan, nice restaurants and cafè.

Ideally located, we walked to everywhere in Yerevan from here. Our host was extremely hospitable and helpful in facilitating our very short stay in Yerevan. There was a bit of noise from the street in our room, but you just can't beat the price. The value for money is real here! I highly recommend this establishment to any traveller who finds themselves in Yerevan, Armenia.

We stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights. The owner picked us up from the airport at night and gave us many tips about the city (she even made a reservation for us in a really good restaurant). The guesthouse is very well located, a 5 minutes walk from Republic Square. The rooms are comfortable and clean and quite spacious. Very good breakfast. Would stay again!
