This place is a gem that is slept on. My wife found it by accident, and we decided to celebrate our tenth anniversary there, and that was a great decision!
The owner speaks limited English, but that could be overcome with Google, and the service was second to none! The breakfast was tasty, but the real kicker was their royal dinner, where you get to dress up as king and queen, while enjoying some incredibly tasty food. They also arrange excursions to the nearby Etiuni ruins, which are more than 7000 years old, and truly massive.
If you're going to Sevan and have an at least medium sized travel budget, you do not want to miss this, you will have memories for life!

Lovely guest house in traditional village only a couple of minutes away from Sevan Lake.
Satik and here family are very friendly, told me many interesting facts about this environment and also provide very delicious homemade food services :)
Beside the guest house Satik and here family had established various social projects throughout whole Armenia.

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. I got a taste of village life. The service attitude is good and enthusiastic. They helped us cook in the evening and arranged breakfast in advance in the morning according to our request. It was a very good experience.

Very interesting tour to ancient Lchashen on a truck, which was so much fun! Tasty food and amazing hosts :)

The location is in the village next to Sevan. The owner is very nice. It is suitable for summer farm stays.

A very nice guesthouse at a calm village beat the lake. Had a beautiful green garden and it's very clean. The food is delicious 😋 and the host very welcoming. A place to be 😊

Friendly hostess. I learned a lot of interesting things about their home, village and surrounding area. Polite staff. Good location, equally convenient to get to all attractions. I rented a small room just to sleep. Overall, taking into account breakfast, the price is reasonable. Delicious breakfast: eggs/omelet/mashed potatoes with onions, different types of cheeses, bread, tea, honey/white cherry jam. In the courtyard you can relax on a hammock or swing, there is a gazebo. There is a restaurant, but I didn't eat there. You can rent a bicycle.

Amazing guesthouse that has a museum and tons of historic activities for kids! The owner Satik shared with us stories of numerous archeological treasures of pre-urartu civilizations, found literally in the backyards of people of Lchashen. Had an amazing time here and would highly recommend! The food is amazing as well 😊 and the dog Tony stole my heart ❤️
